My check engine light kept randomly coming on & off. Mike fit me in even though their schedule was full. Part was covered under warranty & I have my car back in under 48 hours. Great team of people!!

Took my car in for a steering wheel issue. Dante was great! He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and also explained each issue with me! The dealership was clean, comfortable and all staff were friendly. The waiting area was amazing with fresh coffee, tea, cocoa and snacks!

Wonderful service. They are a busy location, so don't expect extremely fast turnarounds, but nor do they delay. I think they are a great place to use. They work well with any recalls Hyundai may put out as well.

Had to wait for a standard checkup recently. Service rep was prompt and it only took a couple of minutes to get the car checked in. Since it was simple checkup (no extras), it only took about 1 1/2 hours and the car was returned promptly.

Nick was excellent!! He walked me through the entire process of my appointment! He described everything that they were going to do and look for! He even walked me to the waiting area and pointed out what was available for me! Out of all the appointments I had, no one has ever done that!! He also came and let me know my vehicle was ready and went over the entire invoice!! Great job Nick! You are a great asset to your company!!

Took my Genesis vehicle here for maintenance, it was completed in a timely manner and for a good price. Matthew took care of me while I was there. Everything went smoothly and they didnt pressure me into additional service. They understandably seem to be pretty busy, so plan to schedule a few weeks in advance.

Lack of communication. No urgency to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. I waited 7 days with no communication for something I told them what exactly was wrong (alternator). No response to my phone calls. I called everyday and each day I was either passed around or no answer. Told twice that someone would get back to me before the end of day but that didn't happened. Won't be bringing my SUV back ever again. Horrible service!!Service: Battery
