DO NOT SEE AUBREY! I leased a car that has been having issue after issue - I was venting to him and letting him know how u safe I feel in my brand new car and told him I am not certain I would buy another Hyundai again. HE WALKED AWAY as I was talking!! I sent referrals to this man for years and this is how he treats me. Chris Miller is the only reason I may consider. Hyundai in the future. He cared enough to listen to my concerns. Thank you Chris.

Hyundai Service is horrible. I scheduled an appointment for a car repair on a Thursday, 9 Nov 2023. Delivered the car on Wednesday night. Heard nothing about diagnosis or estimated cost by 3 PM Thursday. Tried to contact service agent but got voicemail and asked for callback. No call back. Same thing happened on Friday - no call back. Same thing again on Saturday morning - no call back. Send email to dealership management about noon Saturday which triggered an agent callback mid-afternoon Saturday. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Hyundai customer communication process as a zero. It took 2 1/2 days for a service agent to contact me after repeated attempts and that only occurred because I had to pressure top management.

Leased a new 2023 Ioniq 6 here with very friendly sales manager and sales associate. Rasheed was my guy and he was very chill about the entire process. Finance guy was great too! No push to sell extended warranties! I worked out a verbal deal before driving to them from Philly.

Don't get into the trap of their false ads. They neither give any discount nor EV charger. They will say that they will give you but in the end after signing deal, they say feel free to go to attorney and waste your money. You need to be very vigilant with what you are signing. They have mastered in doing frauds and if you catch they say "good catch"... seriously!!!

I pulled into Lehigh Valley Hyundai today 1000 miles away from home with a broken catalytic converter. The service advisor, Alex Frisch, moved heaven and earth to get my car into the shop ASAP and back on the road 6 hours after walking in the door. Great service particularly from Alex! I was debating whether this should be one or two stars. My review has nothing to do with any one thing specifically or in particular but rather the overall service. I have been a customer here since 1995 and have purchased many cars here as well as had service done. The drive here is a pain in the neck and i can't stand when I need service and have to make the 40 minute drive, but I loved this dealership and the service so I did it anyway. However over the last few years service has just been going downhill. I've come in for oil changes and asked them to check certain concerns but have been given my car back with no mention of my request and it was never checked. Parts that needed to be ordered and they would call me when it's in only to have a year go by with no call. I have brought my car in and actually had them not even check it but rather say "Oh...I know what that is." and not check it and were wrong and my problem remained. Where I used to have a 7:00 am appt and wait maybe an hr for an oil change now has taken numerous time 3 hours...umm, that's the point of an "Appt!" I've gone to other places that were packed with cars and a full waiting room thinking I'll never get out of here but given my car back in 30 minutes to an hour because "I had an appt!!" The list goes on but I won't waste space. But needless to say the service has been terrible lately. Oh wait..here's a good one. They failed my car for inspection. According to them my brakes were so bad the car couldn't pass. I wouldn't let them fix my brakes because they are way too expensive so I went to Firestone (much better price and a guarantee). Now..."Firestone" who makes their money by selling brakes and tires... you would think sees an opportunity here to make some cash. "Yea, those brakes are bad, we'll replace them." Nope! They said, " the Brakes are fine, we would pass you on inspection." The same thing happened when I brought my wife's car in. They said the tires were bad. I went to Firestone...you know the "tire place?" Nope....tires were fine. Yea...I think I'm done. It's been a long relationship. Close to 30 years. But it's not the same dealership.

This was a great experience! Chris Schmidt was a fantastic sales rep! Often it's exhausting to go into a dealership but Chris made the experience painless and instead enjoyable. Filled with jokes and witty comments, my wife and I enjoyed the light hearted approach to this process. I recommend coming in with a pre-approval for the vehicle you want as they were able to match the deal and actually do a little bit better. Got the car for a fair price which is always a added peace of mind. Wilson (Business Manager) was very efficient and got us in and out as quickly as he could. We will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle.
