I just bought my third vehicle from LVH/Vinart. Dino was amazing and patiently answered all of our questions and was not scared off by my wife's financial acumen. The dealership was spotless and I look forward to only having to bring in my Accord for scheduled maintenance!

Nice dealership with attentive staff. I worked with Grant who was very responsive via texts and calls and got me a great deal for Accord Hybrid. We agreed all the details remotely and started the paperwork. Transaction was easy and organized. I would recommend this dealership and Grant.

Great service, very nice and not pushy at all. Marshall answered any questions we had and got a car out of service for us to check out. He keep in contact with the status of the car and timing for us to come back for the purchase. This was probably one of the most pleasant car purchases I've ever had. Thanks!! Jonathan was great to test drive with and to deal with throughout the entire car buying experience. He is why I specifically went back to this Honda location. They price matched with a lower price I got from a different Honda which was great because I was able to keep my buying experience with my preferred salesman. I overall recommend this location and Jonathan (JB) in particular. He is easy going, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind but not pressuring or overbearing or gross in any way.

I recently had my car serviced at Lehigh Valley Honda, and I’m beyond impressed with the experience. Logan Reid, the service advisor, was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Jared Frederick, the technician, did a fantastic job servicing my car. The work was done in a timely manner, and I left feeling completely satisfied. It’s clear that the team here is dedicated to customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back to Lehigh Valley Honda for all my car’s needs even though there are other Honda dealerships closer. Highly recommend.

Years ago, I had a bad experience but I didn’t really remember what it was. My 20 year old needs a car so I inquired online about a vehicle. Got a call to set up an appointment with the salesman. The salesman called me and said that Honda decided to sell that car wholesale after listing it for retail. Okay that sucks but he tells me about another car, similar style, price and miles. He said it should be ready on Wednesday. I told him that my daughter is leaving for college Friday and we really need to see it as soon as possible. He said no problem. He’d talk to his boss and even if it wasn’t fully serviced, we could see it no later than Wednesday.
I got a text today from the guy who sets up the appointments asking if we saw it yet. I said no but could we come in today at 6. He said sure he’d let Marshal- the salesman know. Get to the dealership at 6. Greeted by some salesman who was not friendly or helpful at all. Actually he was pretty rude. When I said we were there to see Marshal, he told me it was Marshals day off. Then I told him about the car we were there to see and I was told it sold
Last night- apparently like an hour after I got off the phone with Marshal. Im so fed up with this dealership
