I had my Honda Accord towed there after it suddenly started having a problem. They diagnosed it with a blown head gasket. There were no signs that would indicate that to me. Fluids were all in line, it never over heated, etc. They quoted me a $3800 estimate. I had it towed back out and brought to another auto garage. The second garage found it to be a crankshaft position sensor. $264. They couldn't even fathom how Honda could possibly even come up with a head gasket. The car is a 2010 with 80k and always maintained. That's a $3,500 difference. I can't begin to tell you how unethical, deceptive and disgusting this was to me. I would be shocked if this dealership doesn't have a multitude of lawsuits against them. And if Honda is reading this, Samantha in service has the customer service skills as a rattlesnake. Please remind her that she's not a mechanic and should stop pretending she's one.

Stopped to get an oil change and tire rotation at express. Immediately tried to sell me a package service of 419$. When I said no then it was a 179$ package. mind they said a two hour wait for oil change. But they could get my car in for either of other services which included an oil change. I wanted EXPRESS service. If I wanted a car mauntance I would have made an appointment. I left and will be going elsewhere. so turned off. I will never go there again

I had power steering issues and it was resolved by Kristi Finkel, overall she was very professional. I spoke to the shop former thirty years of experience and it was provided to me to talk about "prevention services ", what should I look for a state of my car mileages, I was impressed by their knowledge. Kristen Finkel was texting me to make sure everything was ok with the car after the car left out the shop if she's not available ask for Dan Carcione his the service manager if you are not happy even getting your car back clean he will make sure your experience it's a five star it doesn't matter if the car it's a twenty-year-old car he will treats each car like it was his own! no matter what color or race you are, he's a good family man.

If zero star was an option that would be what I would select. Most horrible buying experience ever!!! At initial purchase visit everything went well. Delivery visit was horrible!!! Will never ever buy a car from this particular Vinart dealership. Sales management plays the blame game when concerns voiced. Be smart.....stay away!!!!

I had read the old reviews and had no intention of buying a car there. But, it was the closest place to test drive a CR-V. Every person I encountered who worked there was extremely friendly, helpful, and far from pushy. In fact, it was so busy that all the salespeople were occupied. They told me that Dino would be with me in 20 minutes. In exactly 20 minutes, there he was. I asked to test drive the car. He went and copied my license, came back with the key, and did not push me at all in any way. Long story short, the car sold itself, Dino was extremely cool to deal with, the finance guy, Shaheed and I turned out to have a good friend in common, he was super nice, and the whole experience was 100% positive. I don't disbelieve the old, bad reviews. But, it looks like this place has turned over a new leaf. I'm a former salesman, hate being sold. There was not a trace of pushy behavior. I have nothing but good things to say about this business and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. I was pretty blown away. And I got a great deal, and LOVE my new car.

I had a bad experience at the dealer today. My 2005 Honda was in for a recall. They said it would take 60 to 90 minutes. We thought that was long but we didn't know any better and took a walk for lunch and was back in 40 minutes. An appointment was made for this. No one one came out with any updates. After the 90 min I inquired only to be told it is almost done. After 2 hrs we started looking into the garage area. Hood open no one around. Second peak someone leaning against it looking at their phone. Third peak someone talking and laughing with another guy. After 3 hours we finally went out and said we wanted the car. No one except the girl who was in the line of fire helped us. Then we had to wait for the paperwork. The service mgr didnt say a word and her complete the transaction. Then to top it off they ran all kinds of diagnostics totally a repair est of over 3700$ for a 2005 with close to 200000 mi. Is this ok??? Oh and no car wash.

Thank you for the speedy response. The service manager heard what I had to say and explained to me about the changes that will be implemented. I am very interested in seeing what the future will hold for this dealership in my neighborhood. The convenience of having this dealership located within 2 miles of my residence is a blessing and I am excited to see the changes to the way customers are interacted with. I hope the next review I write will be amazing. And when I'm ready to upgrade my vehicle I hope to rely on this dealership.

All dealers are friendly when you buy the car, nothing is an issue, but then you go for service and they hit you. Free inspection is great until they want to change every fluid in your car for 600 bucks This place, like most dealers, is crazy expensive. They always talk up orig parts to justify the exoense...bs. Long, long waits. We've had experiences where service techs couldn't always explain themselves. An oil cap not put on. Little stuff and the prices gets real annoying. Won't be going back for sales or service. I found a great old time, no bs mechanic...do yourself a favor, find yourself one too.

Worst place to bring your car! We dropped off my son's 2013 Honda Accord for an oil change. Never received a call, so my son called and cashier said they didn't show they had car and wanted to know if we really dropped it off!!! Then they said they close in 1/2 hour and weren't open on Sunday, so the point being we would have to wait to Monday. Not acceptable. My wife called back and got someone else from service who put her on hold to find the car and never came back on the line. So after 10 minutes my wife hung up and called for a third time at which point the girl said they found the car, but wasn't sure if it was done. Waiting further they said the car was done and they called us earlier and left a message; my wife said we received no such message and asked who they called, well she didn't know!!! Place it literally run by a bunch of Dimwitted trolls who shouldn't be working on golf carts!!! You couldn't find a worse place to take a car to. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY

By far the worst service and customer service I have ever received. I am highly considering never returning to this place again. I know for sure that the next vehicle I purchase will not be from any place affiliated with them and I highly recommend if you were going to go there think twice and weigh your other options.

We are very disappointed with Lehigh Valley Honda. Our paint on our 2011 Honda Pilot is all peeling. We've gone in and talked to the managers and they told us the car is old. Paint doesn't peel on cars like that unless there is a problem in the paint process. The weird fact is that 2011 pilots were recalled for this, but they tell us not our VIN #. We would NEVER buy another Honda again after what we've been through.

We just bought a brand new pick up truck. The process of was so stressful. All they did was shove sales down our throat instead of answer our questions. The truck is beautiful we love it, but anytime we would ask a question they would talk in circles and not answer it directly. The warranty speech took 2 hours of this guy talking and talking and then argued with us when we didn't want something. They did cut us a good deal after we pushed back. They start super high and then will budge if you come with a competitive rate. We almost went with another place and once we showed them the price they matched it which was great. Not a super bad experience but very pushy it made ya feel like they were being sloppy sales people however it worked out
