Lehigh Valley Acura ( and especially Kay) was professional and top notch, especially for a novice out-of-state buyer like myself. I was kept up to date all proceedings, and provided with extensive video and pictures, not to mention having all my many questions answered.

My daughter purchased a pre owned Honda civic 6 months ago we delt with Ray then and he was amazing . Very personable very professional and very honest . Her sale went off without a hitch and she loves her car.
I was kind of in the market but not in a rush . I happened to be browsing the used inventory online . The 2019 GMC Terrain caught my eye. Beautiful truck great price, I called Ray since the 1st experience was fantastic and asked about the truck he said they had it and he would pull it up for us. We got there and it was right outside , we test drove it fell in love with it and Ray went above and beyond to make sure I had that vehicle. He is amazing . The sale was quick ! So quick I was in and out with no problems . Honestly I can not think of anything he could have done better. He is a top tier man . I am so grateful he has helped me and my daughter and at this point I appointed him the family sales man . Thank you Ray for being hardworking and honest.
