My Speed Queen was delivered yesterday and Mike & David did a fantastic job setting it up and taking out the old washer (note Kleckner & Sons does this free--many others now charge you to remove your old washer!).
Mike & David called before coming to deliver, were very helpful in answering my questions, installed everything neatly, did a test run and was very happy with their service!
Will was my salesman and he did a nice job explaining the different washers & other questions I had -- followed up on delivery time I wanted.
Great experience with Kleckner & Sons -- will use again -- and started using my American-made Speed Queen immediately!

Our recent experience with buying a Sharp microwave drawer from Kleckner & Sons was outstanding from order placement through installation. Darrian DiCicco was very helpful in emailing a quotation, taking our order over the phone, and scheduling the delivery. Charles and Nathan delivered the unit on schedule as well as did an excellent job installing the drawer within our existing kitchen island.
We highly recommend buying from Kleckner & Sons as they provide quality appliances and offer competitive pricing. Additionally, Darrian, Charles, and Nathan each provided great customer service.

Don't waste your time at the box stores. It's better to pay a little more and get exactly what you wanted then to pay less and get less than what you expected.

I had a terrific experience working with Kleckner & Sons. So good in fact, I will purchase all future appliances there! William patiently helped us select the perfect dishwasher to our space and price point and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The install-delivery-haul of old appliance was scheduled quickly and timely. Kyle, the installer did a terrific job and was very professional and knowledgable. I could not be more pleased with my experience here. I highly recommend anyone shopping for appliances to use Kleckner & Sons!

From the minute I walked in the showroom and chose my new washer with the knowledgeable help of Laurie to the delivery of my washer with David and Charlie, I was very happy with Kleckner and Sons. I definitely will return when the need arises for new appliances. Highly recommend this business.

I do not recommend purchasing a refrigerator from Kleckner & Sons. We purchased a refrigerator that they recommended and it has never worked correctly. Frigidaire has been out twice to try to fix it and said they again need another part because they can't pull out a part without breaking it- we are unsure how they intend to fix it. We have spent two days at home rather than work trying to have it serviced and now need to find a third day. Kleckner & Sons has been unable to help and says we have to deal with Frigidaire who I have spent countless hours on hold with. I should have purchased from Costco with a no questions asked return policy. I now have a fridge for only a month that barely works and no return opportunity. I thought going with a local company was the right thing to do as I would get better service in the event that an issue arose. I was incorrect.

I usually get appliances here. Went to purchase washing machine. Was told there was nothing in stock at all that met my need and they couldn't even give me an estimate as to when they may have availability.

Laurie Ann in the Emmaus location is fantastic - her service and attention to detail was over the top. She coordinated a washer/dryer shopping experience for my parents in their 80s that met their needs and made them feel very cared for. Such a comfort to know this local business takes such care of costumers. Extra kudos for the long distance advice to make my own Electrolux dryer work better too!
