I have bought 2 vehicles from Kelly Mitsubishi & I’m 100% satisfied with the service, sales process & vehicles. I had nothing but amazing transparency throughout the process. Brandan (Our Dealer) had a great understanding of the process, financing & options available. He was not in a rush to make a sale, it ended up taking us the whole day! But he pushed through for the best vehicle within our budget & I’m beyond thrilled with our purchase. Also to note Brandan listened to our need for an extra key, ordered it for us & took care of scheduling the service to get it paired! This was a seamless ease of doing business. He was fantastic! I also would love to say how amazing the service department has been! I dropped my vehicle off for inspection & Javier (Service rep) made the process smooth! He kept me updated through text message & was extremely pleasant to work with. It’s been a pleasure doing business with both Brandan & Javier & I look forward to many more years & purchases I will be back again. Highly recommend!

I wish I can give 0 stars! Purchased a 2015 gmc yukon and 3 months later have issues and received a $5k bill? How?? I purchased an extended warranty but it covered less than half of that bill. Yes I purchased the car as is but I was also told the car was checked over and in great condition…my fault for trusting a big dealership. What pissed if is some of these things are direct safety issues to me and my family! I Called the sales manager to see what he can do for me. It’s a week later and still no reply… maybe this isn’t normal for them but this is my experience.. good luck to anyone else that shops with them.

I found a car that I actually like for a great price and it's all thanks to the salesman, Brandan Gnau. I gave him all the specifications and budget options that I had in mind, and the 2nd car he showed me was the one. Thanks Brandan! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, Rick and Matt in correcting a small issue. These three were very informative, professional and straight forward with the process. I cant say enough about how well we were treated and listened to. I strongly recommend asking for one of them upon your arrival. You will thank me later.......

Nicholai Luke and Rick Zauck were awesome to work with! They did everything they could to get me into the vehicle I wanted

Did an excellent job . The customer service was excellent they gave me a great deal but I give the Lord the glory for that too ? but I wanted to give a shout out to Rodney don't know if I'm spelling his name right but he's the young man that took every good care of me and such a beautiful spirit he has and I say he deserves a raise thank you again for all you's did for me . And I recommend ones wanting to get a car there you should ?

This company could do better if BILL HAV was NOT an employee, he is giving the company a bad image because of the fact that he is harassing hispanic people and going to their Restaurant to mock their accents and recording them without their consent. Who knows what other private businesses he's gone to harass other workers that are just trying to get through the day, his entitlement and privilege needs to stop.

I found this dealership while looking for places to recommend to my MIL. I always check SM & reviews & i gotta saybi wish they had a stronger social media contract. They have an employee Bill Hav that will record in a private establishment while he & his partner openly talk down to the service workers serving them. When question why he was recording he then chose to mock the workers accent. My mil is in the market to purchase a car after a bad wreck & I will have to warn her away from this dealership bc I won't have her mocked online which Bill Hav's video doesn't give me the reassurance that it wouldn't happen. She has a speech impediment now, would he mock it behind her back with his coworkers or online?
