I had been looking for a blue Mitsubishi Outlander Sport or Eclipse Cross for a while. My previous Outlander Sport lasted 13 years, so I wanted to stay with Mitsubishi. I checked Kelly Mitsubishi's website, and I found 2 Eclipse Crosses. Jessica DellaPietra assisted me for many hours, until the dealer found a price that was acceptable. Even after I had agreed on the Eclipse Cross, they still priced an Outlander Sport to show me the difference. I never felt pressured to buy, and Jessica was very compassionate about my concerns on the cost. When I picked up the vehicle a few days later, Jessica was very thorough in explaining all the differences between my previous car and the new one. I highly recommend this dealership, as they offer many other brands. Ask for Jessica. You'll be happy you did!

Went to Kelly's Mitsubishi in emmaus,pa . From the first minute I walked in, to the signing has been nothing but great service. The patients and lively atmosphere made it a smooth and relaxing process to go through. Thanks to Jessica dellapietra, Willy Rodriguez and Jeff ring. These 3 made it happen. Thanks to them and thanks to Kelly Mitsubishi for employing them as they truly are the face and driving force of Kelly's Mitsubishi.
P.s. 2024 Outlander is both a smooth ride and handles really well.

1-I paid $212 for a disgusting wash. The window glass, dirty rear glass, dirty front glass, dirty water drop stains on the tires all over the bus. The sunroom was extremely disgusting and poorly vacuumed. Definitely disappointed. I do not recommend it!

Salesperson was great. I went in to get the 0% APR and no payments for 90 days for new Mitsubishi. I was able to receive 0% APR. However, I was not able to get the price that was originally agreed upon. At the last minute, the person doing the final paperwork mentioned how the finance dept had made an error in offering me the $1000 rebate and the 0% APR deal. Initially, he mentioned they would eat the $1000 cost as it was their error, then when I asked also about the 90 days no payment (per sales event), he mentioned I needed to have stated that to the finance dept (I failed to bring up as I figured it was part of the sales event). Following this, then he stated, they couldn't do both rebate and 0% APR, so the customer ate the cost on the agreement that was signed.
