I'm not an easy person to please. But, let me tell you Rudy was very honest and very helpful. He got us into a better vehicle then we had in mind. He answered all my questions!!! The staff was nice and polite! The facility was clean. Everyone was very pleasant. I was well pleased with how they answered every question. We're very happy and we love our vehicle! 5 star Salesman Iggy!!! Not only did he get out of a horrible situation! But he also got me in a brand new jeep wrangler with a great rate! His attitude was amazing Honest Humble down to earth person Thank You!!!! Kelly Jeep! I’ll recommend Iggy to all my friends and family!!!

Wondering where all the great reviews for sales are coming from. It's been almost 2 full business days without contact from a salesman or management. Wife did an online inquiry about 1:05 pm on a Cherokee and not even 5 minutes later, already getting a call and email from the dealership. Gave them the VIN to our trade and were told we would be contacted shortly. I guess 6 hours is shortly. Even sent emails throughout the day that nobody has been in contact. No phone call until almost 7:30 last night. Someone finally calls and say they want to see my trade. We had said earlier we're not driving over an hour without a conditional offer. Still using the gimmick about testing your luck and get an additional 20% for your trade. Read the fine print and it's up to $1000. Get another call back right before they close wanting our home address for them to bring the Jeep to us, appraise my trade and that someone would contact us. Good thing we didn't hold our breath because another day has gone by and they still have not been in contact. Guess they don't want to sell anything. I guess they feel they need to get you in the dealership so they can try and wear you down. I've already gotten 2 offers for my trade from 2 Jeep dealerships, Carmax and Carvana. All online without seeing it. My time is not important to them since they just want to waste it.
*Update* One week has passed with no phone call. Last email from the dealership: "My name is and I am one of the Managers here at Kelly Automotive. One of my reps, Customer, has been reaching out to assist but hasn't been able to connect with you." Can't even personalize an email. Did an inquiry with Sands Jeep and they actually called with an offer in 30 minutes, which I accepted, and now driving a new Grand Cherokee. Contacting the VP is like the dealership, non-responsive. He has too many other interests than to care about a dealership.

Terrible experience! Worst dealer I’ve ever been to. Made me wait for over 30 minutes for a price even though I didn’t have a trade. The originally discounted the Wrangler $1,077. I made a counter offer and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for no concessions! I left and stopped at Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge and negotiated in less then 10 minutes and gave me almost triple off what Kelly Jeep was offering. I’d give no stars if Google allowed that!

Herson was the BEST in helping me get my first car. He was so genuine and personable and really made my dad and I feel part of the Kelly Automotive family.
