Had contacted Kelly buick in Emmaus Pa for repairs to our vehicle , we had also opened a case with buick/GM which we found out they make you believe they offer cost assistance but in the end they dont. Our experince in the short version: We delived our car to kelly and everything seemed on the up and up. they promised us the car would be done with the 6 hour Transmission repair on the coming friday. I Called friday when i didnt hear from them toward the end of the day and said we wont have it done till Saturday due to some mechanics calling off, well ok that could be true (lies) so saturday i called 30 minutes before closing and the receptionist said they would call me back in 5 minutes, well that called never came, We needed answer on status due to needing the car for my wife due to her being on call at the local hospital was explained the day i dropped the car off. Very important right? Well monday came and went with no call from them, Tuseday i finally get a call mid morning so i called them back and the response from the service manager asked if i was ok when i answered the phone, very confusing to say the least, so i explained our situation again and our dissatisfaction. got the apology and said i will now have to work out a time to return the loaner which was never offered to us when we dropped our car off or a rental which i had know idea they even offered, this loaner and rental info came to our attention only after complaining about the lack of communication and lies. So two hours after they told me the car was ready another sales lady called me and said we have an emergency and we need the laoner back ( more lies). Anyways my wife tried calling the locations GM, and couldn't get through, voice mail was full, so we took a ride over there to see what was going on. we explained to the GM and we got nothing but more lies and deflection on the situation but they did have our car ready, so come the next day Buick/GM calls me after talking to kelly that moring and says Kelly is still waiting for us to return the loaner and pick our car. Man these people are not only a bunch of liers but unfortunately very confused to say the least. And this is just the highlights of our experience. Very poor communicationDeflection and bold face liesVery confusing doing business with them.My advice to anyone choosing a place for service or vehicle purchase to choose wisely. You are not a valued customer at Kelly Buick in Emmaus Pa.

I recently purchased a used car from here. Our salesman was Michael Yerger. What a great experience it was from beginning of talks thru driving off the lot with our "new" car. First the car was in great shape and looked awesome plus, mechanically, I'm pretty sure I would not be able to find a better one. We would definitely advise going to see Mike and this dealership if you are car shopping. You won't be sorry!W Simmers

Went today to purchase a truck made the deal yesterday paperwork was submitted , we were told that the truck would be ready at 3:30 but decided to go at 2:30. No financing have a check ready no issues whatsoever., went into the dealership. Asked a representative. Where's my truck, rep said, " your truck is being detailed". Found that very interesting when we were looking at the truck parked in the lot the same place it was yesterday... the representative lied to my face. As a result, one of the managers jumped in the truck that was still in the lot and drove it over to another area for detailing. That's the next lie. Decided not to take the truck and put a good amount of money back in my pocket. If they lie about the vehicles that they're selling, can you imagine what they do when it comes to service. If you have any other opportunity to buy any vehicle from anyone else do it t! Do not go to Kelly they are liars and do not care about the customers. I probably should mention again it was a cash deal no financing brand, new 2023 Denali truck and yet they still didn't do the right thing ...Don't go to Kelly automotive for your car sale needs .

Stay away from this dealer they promise cars are in stock and then when you arrive they try to put you in other vehicles. very unprofessional and shady business tactics

It doesn't seem to let me respond to the manager's response to my review, but as a follow up to my recent review, we did physically talk with YOU personally about our concern and you didn't seem to think there was any problem whatsoever. Even after we discussed our concerns with another manager, Chris, we brought our car back and once again didn't get a call regarding an update on the car for 5 days. We called and someone said they would have someone call us back, and once again we had to physically go in to address the matter. And after 5 days, they couldn't find the problem and our car is still leaking oil. So we did do our part, it just doesn't seem to matter to you.

We lost of key fob and had to get a replacement. My wife placed the order and paid for it before Thanksgiving. I had to call three different times because no one in the parts department called me back. When I finally went to pick up my key, in mid January, they charged an additional cost to program the key. This was never mentioned when we paid the initial cost up front. Oh yeah, this is a lease, so you would think we would get some decent customer service. Looks like I'll go get my next lease somewhere else.

I came in for a used car just to look around and Mike Yerger was awesome. He really knew the value of each car and could tell me the difference between all of them. I asked so many questions and he really was patient with me since I went back and forth a couple of times being indecisive. This was my first time buying a car. He even came in on his day off the next day to help me & make a sale. Highly recommend. The warranty is also great on the certified preowned. I can't speak for the car itself because it is a 2019 but it looks beautiful so hopefully zero problems occur. The warranty I bought lasts 8 years

I purchased a brand new 2021 Mazda CX-5 from Scott Mazda (5 stars to them) this week and drove it to the Lehigh valley mall this weekend to update my phone plan. I parked my car far from others as to not have it dinged in my first week. On private property where no solicitation is allowed, Kelly Buick gmc sales rep Bill Hav thinks it's ok to put business magnets on the side of my car to to solicit new business. I suppose private property and solicitation laws don't apply to these folks so it should be ok to put my business magnets on their new cars in their lot, no?

I highly recommend sales associate Anthony J. - professional, experienced, very friendly, and all-around great to work with. We got good deal on a used car, we're very pleased with the whole experience. All staff we dealt with were great, honestly. Would definitely go here again.
