Inquire about a used ram 1500 laramie. When i got there they didnt have it or any used one available. Ok bait and switch, red flag. Sales man kevin was very nice and helpful trying out other trucks came upon a used ford lariat. Went to sales office to talk with manager. Waited almost 45 minutes on a saturday with 1 other customer in building to talk numbers, and possible trade in offer. Finally comes over says i can drop from 26 to 25k before we even start talking. Im doing you a favor right out the gate. Its online for 25k i said, what favor. And low ball me on trade in of chevy silverado 2013 for 6kb its a fair offer and tried to add 30 day warrant for 1k lol. Goodbye, Total scumbag and super rude.

The general manager at Kelly Chris Monticello Junior is going around sleeping with the employees paying people with the companies money . Paying women at the job for sexual favors and return give them money or management promotions . As reputable as Kelly is, this is sad that he is the face representing them. Kelly is a great company, but the general manager is not a great fit for the company. He is tarnishing The brands name with his outrageous actions. I would not recommend no one to buy a car from Kelly they sale lemons and when it’s time for service they up charge you for everything and do a half job fixing your Vehicle . Just to let everyone know if you ever get your vehicle at automotive, you’ll be back the next day with more problems with your vehicle

After a long haul of test driving vehicles at multiple dealerships in search of the perfect 1st car I was tankful to have met Jessica DellaPietra. My son being a new driver, I had some reservations about buying a second hand car in fear of mechanical issues. With that being said. My sales rep Jessica was incredibly patient and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. She’s very knowledgeable and resourceful in reaching out to her colleagues to ensure that I found just what I needed. My son absolutely loves his 1st car and I’m happy because I know I don’t have to worry about my boy breaking down anytime soon.

Worst experience in all my 52 years!!! After a week of negotiating we decided to come in to purchase a Jeep. This is the first car buying experience for my daughter as it was a college graduation gift. Note that we were paying outright and not financing They had us come in and had us wait so they could do the paperwork and we sat there an hour and half as they kept saying they were just working on a few things. I found this very odd since we were not financing, but trusted that everything was done as we agreed on the price they took my license and insurance and the deal was done as far as I knew. Well I was wrong! Apparently there was someone there to look at it while we were there and I guess they wanted to see if they could get financing and my guess pay more for it, that is why they had us sitting there for an HOUR AND A HALF! Then they tell us they sold it to someone else! Why not just tell us right when they realized they had another buyer! I’ll tell you why, because they are shady! They kept us there in case that financing fell through so that we would be there to buy it! Who does that! Who leaves a customer, a customer with money to outright buy the car sitting for an hour and a half just waiting for nothing! Wasted half my day and all they can say is they are sorry! What you should have done was be “transparent” like they said they pride themselves in as a dealership when we first came to look at the Jeep. Now not only did you waste my day, you also made this the first car buying experience for my daughter, who clearly was broken hearted to boot, but like is full of heart breaks, but I do hope the world doesn’t fill up with dealerships of this caliper!!! Way to be “TRANSPARENT” Kelly auto! I wouldn’t but a pen from this place and would pay extra elsewhere! I wish I could give -5 stars!

Candace Scott - who actually told us a price and was wrong and even told us that the dealership was desperate for a sale when we asked about the price. Should have been my first red flag!
And the automated response that you’d like me to reach out is a nice touch to the impersonal standards set forth by your unprofessional dealership!
I wouldn’t get a car from your dealership if it were free! I did intend to purchase a brand new Jeep later this year and I now know it won’t be at this dealership!

I just recently purchased my 5th car with Efrain Lopez either being my salesman or the sales manager. This time Bobby was my salesman and Efrain worked my deal. The process was flawless and as always Efrain got me the best deal. Efrain always has the customer’s best interest in mind and is very professional and honest. I will always put my trust in him. Tori was excellent! I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted to look at and ended up leaving with it that same day. Throughout the process she was very helpful and made the whole process less stressful for me. I will absolutely be coming back when it’s time to upgrade again.

Best car buying experience ever. Great, kind and considerate sales staff. Bobby was amazing. Chris(General Manager) is an extraordinary human being. Total pros, fair pricing, the most insanely pleasant experience of purchasing a vehicle in my whole adult life. Highly recommend this dealership.

I had the greatest experience with this dealership, Brandon was so helpful and understanding about my situation, I’m going through a divorce so my credit is shot and they helped me and went through 7 banks and never gave up, I appreciate everyone so much. I drove off in a great vehicle and will be only buying from them. Once again thank you Brandon.

Took 2 vehicles to them to sell. That were serviced by them as long as I owned them. When I tried to sell the one vehicle, they tried to tell me that my car was a salvage car, which it was not. They ended up selling my car without any legal means to do so under the wrong VIN numbe even after I told them where they messed up. They sold the car anyway as "parts only" through a wholesaler. Kelly was great prior to this experience in all the departments I used. The used car end was beyond wrong and illegal. Shame that this was my last experience with them as I was a customer with them for years.
