Amazing customer service! Was in search for a place that would best be able to fit my needs. Based on other reviews I decided to check them out today and had to leave a review due to the great customer service and their willingness to help me get exactly what I needed. Great selection of shoes and very knowledgeable staff. I’ll definitely be back!

Unbelievable customer service.. Tyler has has a crazy memory. I had picked up shoes for my son(some special extra wide, new balance elephant treads ..whatever but custom) and paid for them. But apparently my mother In law an wife had paid for them about a month ago. Typical husband didn’t know the details… but I went in to get my money back a week later after getting the shoes. I briefly told Tyler about what happened. I gave him the receipt. He looked at it and then proceeded to tell me the entire story from over a month ago about this sale and that he was upset that my son Would not have the shoes in time for back to school and then that he wanted black and not white and went on and on. Tyler is the man. That was unbelievable customer service and then told me I’ll have the money back in two days in my account. He asked if my son likes the shoes. I said he loves them and I’ll be back because he likes them but because he made the whole return like I was dealing with best friends from years ago. I highly recommend this store. It may be pricy but it’s excellent quality and the whole team working there wants you to be happy. 5 Stars and then some

Had to update my review. Came into the store on the afternoon of 08/25/24. We were never greeted. Never asked we could be helped. I stood aimlessly looking around while other associates helped people just walking in.
You guys lost a loyal customer. Try working on a number system or a sign sheet for people walking in that need assistance.

I’ve been working with Tyler for the last few years but I also recently met Scott over the weekend. I can truly say no matter who helps you out they take their time and help you find the shoe that best works for you! I think it was getting closer to closing on Saturday and we had 8 boxes of shoes out and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Will be back for my next pair!

Purchased from here twice. Shoes and orthotics. Amazing people so polite and knowledgeable. They truly care about just getting you in the right pair of shoes and what’s best for your feet.

I have been going here to get my running shoes for 2 years now. I absolutely love coming here. I get to try on some shoes and see what feels best. The staff is always super friendly and always quick to greet you and assist.
Parking can be a pain but I have gotten lucky most of the time and found a spot not far.
If you are in the market for running shoes, forget ordering online, come here.

DO NOT recommend at all. All the manager cares about is making money and not if you are happy with your purchase. Such a shame. They also take back used shoes and sell them for the price of new! 0 stars for me

They listen, they work with you on needs, it’s the only place I buy sneakers. Yes, it’s expensive but you are able to get discounts when you shop there as well. Next time I will have 25$ credit.
