Truck Rental in Emmaus, PA

“I rented a van from this location to move my daughter from Pennsylvania to Palo Alto, California. Given the length of the trip, I shopped around very carefully, and “tried out” several different vans for comfort. Penske and UHaul didn’t come close to the van from Budget in terms of comfort and cost. The van was very comfortable (I have extremely short legs - am only 5 feet “tall” - so I needed to try out the vehicles prior to reserving), had an excellent built in navigation system, got better gas mileage than expected (19 mpg with a full van), had plenty of room up front for our stuff, and even had cruise control! As good as the van (we named her Vanessa) was, Lisa at Budget was even better. She explained everything to me when I was just shopping around, and let me sit in and try out a van. She clearly explained the return process and what we’d have to do in California. (For what it’s worth, the return folks at Budget in Mountain View were excellent as well.) In any case, I did the shopping around so you don’t have to - for a lengthy move, use Budget in Emmaus! It was excellent. (Oh, and UHaul doesn’t even do one-way van rentals anyway.) I am not affiliated with Budget or Lisa in anyway and don’t really write online reviews. But the rental experience was so good I felt I needed to write this. Thank you Lisa! ?”
