Whenever I needed something from them they responded quickly. Claims were settled in a timely manner. Am the kind of person who shops for insurance every year. Some companies seem to take advantage of you the longer your with them. I can't say that about Butz/Erie. If other companies give you a cheaper rate its only because your not getting the same coverage. If it has wheels I rode or drove it and always felt protected with Erie.

Great experience with Karen Stevens. First time having to purchase auto insurance and she made sure I understood everything going on and what I needed. Did everything over the phone and was done the day of just in time to get the car. ☺️
