Bad customer service at this pharmacy. They have completely removed the option to call and speak to the pharmacy. They ask you to leave a message for a call back. If you don't leave a message the voice system hangs up on you!! I work during the day. I need to call when I get a break. I cannot answer at CVS's convenience during the work day!

The CVS on Chestnut Street gave my husband the wrong medication! Please beware - check your bottles and make sure that it’s your medication. Be very careful if you get your prescriptions filled at the CVS in Emmaus Pennsylvania. ?

The kid who answers the phone was extremely rude. Told my wife that my infant daughters prescription was over the counter. Than when the Dr office called to tell him it was not over the counter he got rude with them and hung up on them. They called back and he hung up on them again. Than he told my wife it will be a few days to get the prescription. So my wife had it ordered to another pharmacy than gets an automated message that the prescription is ready for pickup after the kid said it would be a few days

The team at the pharmacy at the Chestnut Street CVS is always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Tonight, I especially appreciated how I was able to indicate I needed my prescription earlier than tomorrow morning; I had it within an hour. Keep up the great work!

I have been a customer for 20 plus years at CVS in Emmaus. Over the past year things have been terrible. Yesterday I called and they refused to fill the prescription at 630 pm, since it was too close to closing. I asked yesterday when it would be ready today, they said no later then 11 am, I just called now, they said "about an hour" so now closer to 12 pm. I'm not an impatient person but my child is sick and needs antibiotics and now it's been delayed about 2 doses. Will be switching pharmacies now. Such a shame

Our favorite pharmacy, this CVS has the most delightful staff. It’s like walking into Cheers, “where everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came.” The pharmacist and technicians truly care and treat us like family. They are expeditious, knowledgeable, and conscientious. The store staff is helpful and welcoming as well. We are so blessed to have this devoted community of skilled professionals who are also wonderful human beings. Thanks to Ciara, Tammy, Steven, Elijah, Melissa, Laura, Lauren, Jordan, Brittany, Rich, and every one else who works here.

The hours on the website say they are open till 8 I get there at 6:45 to grab a couple things I walked in the two workers didn’t let me know they actually close at 7. They look at you and look away. So I’m getting my stuff and the one staff member goes “do you like need helping finding something” “ because we’re like *pulls out here phone and shows me the time on her screen * closing in 3 minutes so yeah. That was said as I’m walking to checkout. Poor customer service….

It only has 2 stars because the pharmacy is amazing, and so is the dark, wavy haired chick that works here. However, the manager here always looks grumpy and never sounds happy when she actually deals with customers. Today, on my way in, I had trash to throw out, and I noticed the outside trashcan outside was gone. When I went in, I threw my trash out in the trashcan next to the lottery machine. I was about to pass an employee named Gabby, so I asked what had happened to it. In a very snotty tone she said, "Too many people were using it, and it was filling up." She kept walking while she was saying this. So people were using your outside trashcan for what it was intended for, but because you guys are too lazy to change the bag you'd rather it look like it does in the back corner of your parking lot (see pics below). Either way, no snotty tone was needed. Then this young girl simply picked up an empty box, and she accused her of stealing. I was watching the whole thing. Thank God her mother was there. Either way, she had no purse and no pockets, and from where I was, I clearly watched her simply pick a box up. Sounds to me like the employee is stealing and looking for someone to blame it on. You should not accuse anyone of anything without physical proof, and she could put herself in danger doing that. This was a young girl, but some criminals are violent, so you should always go to your manager first. Gabby should not be working in a customer service position, but seeing how the manager acts with people, this is no surprise. ?

If I didn't have to put "A STAR", to give my review I would have left it blank!Today, June 5, 2023 @ around 3pm I called CVS to get my prescription transferred over to a new pharmacy CenterWell. When I called CVS the Pharmacist told me I had to tell my new pharmacy to call them. I called Center Well, and Jake, the representative called CVS. He was hung up on three times, while he had me on conference call. The fourth time, as I was still on the conference hold, I walked, three long blocks to CVS to ask them to pick up the phone, which is absurd! As I was waiting for a representative at the Pharmacy area in CVS, the representative, Jake from Center Well Pharmacy, finally had the Pharmacist on the phone after holding on 37 minutes, whom I spoke to earlier, and hung up on me after I ask him his name.Something is wrong here.this is medication that people need heart, nerves, and so forth and you are hanging up on people as a Pharmacist. Less work for CVS if people want to take their business elsewhere for decent service. Oh, but if that happens to much, jobs can be impacted. ?
