BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!
Please DO NOT take your vehicle to this place!! The experience I had today was so shocking and so unnecessary. I went there today because they had my mothers car and she had spoken with this man the other day about pricing to get her car fixed. My mother believed that it he told her $4100 for everything to get her car fixed. The man at the desk from the moment I walked in was rude and condescending. He talked to me as though I was a toddler and had no sense of anything because I was questioning what the $4,100 in cash that he wanted from my mother was all for. He didn't like that. (The elderly are easier to con out of money.) I told him that my mother was under the impression that the 4100 was for all the work. He said it was only a deposit. He said it could go up to $8000 or more. He rudly told me to tell her to come inside to talk to him. I had to explain that she is handicap and could not. He then proceeded to tell me that "this is a business, we have to pay for the rent, the electricity, the wifi and the workers" as he is pointing to those things. He had my mother on speaker phone at this time and she said she wanted to discuss it with me and tried to hand me his phone. I said "nope" and walked out because I was in shock by the way I was being spoken to. He then yelled at me as to what my name was. When I came back in to state that we would have AAA take my mother's car somewhere else (becausethere was no way i was letting her give that business a dime) . I then asked him why was he being so rude to me and talking to me like that. I told him he didnt know me and had no right to speak to me like a child. He acted like a snob and then when I told him I was going to go on all the local Facebook sites to warn people about their business he told me to not point at him ( im from New York, this is how we talk) i told him he couldnt tell me what to do. He then told me to get out and then called the police on me!!!! I was in that establishment for maybe 4 minutes total. It seemed as though a women asking questions and talking back to him was too much for him to handle. This company is so ridiculous because If he would have spoken to me like a normal human being he would have had $4,100 in cash right now and another $4,000 that he said it might take for her to have the car back in working order. He seemed very much though to want to get that cash. He probably is backed up on payments for his RENT, ELECTRICITY, WIFI AND WORKERS!!! Thank you for teaching this simpleton of a women how a business works. I did post on many sites and the majority of people have also experienced or heard horror stories of this place. STEER CLEAR!!!

Awful service, terrible communication, Kyle is extremely rude and unprofessional, Shawn McMullen is a liar and clearly clueless. Dropped my car off on a Tuesday for a transmission issue, and was told that I’d get it back on Friday. Shawn stated that a deposit would be due when I picked up the car and a payment plan could be worked out. Got a call the next day (Wednesday) saying that labor was $750 and that they started working on the car. Called the shop on Thursday to check in and had to speak to a very rude and condescending jerk called Kyle, so I called Shawn directly. Shawn said that Friday wasn’t looking good. I understand that these things take time. I called after the weekend, on Monday morning, again having to speak to a weird boy named Kyle. Kyle told me that they couldn’t start work without paying for the service even though I was told that I could pay when I picked up the car and work out a payment plan. Even though I was told multiple times during the week that my car was being worked on, even thought they just had it sitting there. If I know that information I would’ve taken the steps to make sure they had what they needed to start the process. Instead they lied and couldn’t keep up with each other. Happy to spend my money elsewhere.I made an appointment the same day at another place and things went a lot smoother. Don’t come here.

This people are thieves, lies, ignorant and incapable to do the job properly. I bring my car to fixed the traction system and the mechanics insist the problem was with the alternator and they replace the alternator. I spend $700 and I still have the traction problem but they told me my car is running because the mechanic took the fuse from the ABS system off to prevent the computer to detect the fault. Rubbish human being!!!!!!!

Please be aware!! I went to get my car fixed, the check engine and AT light was on, and I went to another shop and told us it was a transmission problem, and that shop does not do transmissions, and recommended Cottman. Went to cottman and dropped the car off and it took 3 weeks to fix, then when I got the car back the drive home the check engine and AT light turned back on. I took the car back the next day, and it took another 3 weeks in service.The day I got my car back, I was driving for 7 minutes and the car spun out by its self, and caused an accident. The service here is terrible and please be aware

These people are liers and thieves. I first called in about rebuilding a transmission after getting the price I decided to not go ahead, however Shawn who is either the owner or the manager was reluctant to give me my transmission back, he lied and tell me that he had already started working on the transmission and all the parts were already bought for it, this was Despite there being no deposit paid and this just being a evaluation for a qoute. after a brief back and forth Shawn told me I can come and pick up my transmission. Once I arrived the transmission was completely dissambled he then told me to come back another day because his technicians are not in. " there were technicians present so that was also a lie". I was then contacted by another person at Cottman that told me they can do my transmission for $3500 with a 2 year warranty and installation. Upon paying my deposit I was told Shawn will be sending me a receipt, I called Shawn multiple times with no response, he finally answered 2 weeks later and told me to stop blowing up his phone and hanged up on me. After that I visited Cottman to check up on my transmission and was greeted by Jeff who was very agitated that I was asking about my transmission and seemingly got angrier has the conversation progressed so I left. After 2 weeks Shawn called to tell me my transmission is ready and needs his final payment and told me he will not be installing my transmission because he "bust his as rebuilding it and the money wasn't enough for an install" once I told him that I was told this includes an install he told me that "he doesn't care what they told me he's not doing an install" this place is rotten to the core I will be reporting them and seeking legal action.
I still didn't recieve my receipt of payment they are a fraudulent business.

They rebuilt my transmission and fixed some electrical issues the dealer misdiagnosed. They kept the car for six weeks, and gave some financial breaks on parts. But I took it in with no engine light on, and when I picked it up the engine light was on. The new manager was supposed to be calling to see if she could get a part to fix and she hasn't called back yet. It's been a month. And she said I'd have to pay for the engine light issue...it wasn't covered on work they just completed. They also left a scratch on hood of car. I'm not satisfied.

This is a nightmare!The week before thanksgiving, I showed up on Monday, showed Sean what was wrong with my car per the dealership, he said they would take a look and call me later that day. Same day got back to me and let me know what he found and cost, I asked how long he said they could be done Friday. i called Thursday and no one answered. I called back Friday afternoon since I didn't hear from anybody and was told my car was not done that the part they replaced was defective they had to reorder and it needed to be programmed, but no answer as to when that would happen. I called back the next day because online says they are open on Saturdays only to be told the person who answered was the only Person there and could not get a hold of anyone about my car. On Monday there was no clue on when the programmer would come and by wed (thanksgiving eve) after losing my cool about why my car still isn't finished Sean called me and left me a message saying I could pick my car up but I would Only have front wheel drive and than I could bring it back one day next week and they would have it programmed. When I called the week after Thanksgiving, Sean told me they were so busy but I mind bringing it in the week after on Monday to have it programmed. I agreed dropped it off Sunday night. Sean called me on Tuesday and told me my car was ready when I went to pick up the service four-wheel-drive light came on. I went right back into the shop told Sean about it as this was not happening before I dropped it off. He told me to drive it. Everything's programmed four-wheel-drive is working he insisted and it will. Driving for three days. The light was still on so I called Sean. He tried to tell me that sometimes no matter what they do "The light never goes off". I told him that's a lie and unacceptable and I would be in tuesday with my vehicle. When I took it back he ignored me and Lexi's dealt with me. I requested the purchase recipes for the parts replaced on my vehicle and was denied, I told her I just wanted proof of the parts being purchased due to the codes my car was now giving were directly connected to the part I was told was replaced. After a couple hours Sean comes out and tells me the actuator needs to be replaced and that will fix the service 4 wheel drive problem. I was told bring it in the following Tuesday, when I arrive tuesday morning my parts are there but the "fuel" for the one part isn't. Lexi's calls a shop in pottstown has it but she can order it and it will be there Friday so I agree to go back on Friday I arrived at 930 am around 11 my car was taken into the garage and by 12 it was out, still needed to be programmed I left for a few hours come back. Programmer doesn't show up until 5 when all the mechanics have just left programs it and Lexi's comes out with a part that was not put on my car! She said she would see if she could get someone in on saturday but called later and said drop it off Tuesday (day after Christmas) I dropped my car off at 6:30 I over to work. Talked to Lexus around 11 told me that they were going to be taking my car in soon. Never heard back from her called back at four and was told my car was not going to be done all of a sudden they don't have the fuel again for the part and there was no one who could work on my car, but I could pick my car up and bring it back another day . I picked it up because I had a funeral to go to the next day. I messaged Lexus before I left work to double check that my keys were left for me when I arrive at Cottman my car is unlocked, but my keys are nowhere to be found, it has been a whole nightmare over a month of trying to get my car fixed and I am not taking it somewhere else where I have to pay out-of-pocket again it has been the worst experience
