Best place ever. Clean, professional always friendly. Gary and Romie really care about the dogs and their owners. I would not take my 3 dogs anywhere else.

I was very happy with Canine creations, until they refused to groom my dog any longer. I was not aware they have a policy, if you do not bring your dog in for grooming every other week, they consider you a new client.I called to make my next appointment and was told someone would call me back. I did not receive a call back after a few days, so I called back. I was rudely informed by the woman, "I told you were not taking new clients.We can't groom your dog, because we are not taking new clients, and since your dog has not been in here for a few weeks, we consider your dog to be a new client." (I have been going here for almost 5 years) I had to step back and laugh at this... Was I supposed to schedule grooming, even if the dog does not require it, so that I can continue to use Canine Creations to groom my dog????If you are too busy and need to push away business, just be honest. It's very unprofessional and bad business to make up new policy as you go. I don't see any responses to the other reviews left on here, so I don't count on Canine creations to respond. I just wanted to make other people aware of the negative experience I had here.

Been going there for years. They're great, unless you have a pitbull. They will not handle them. They want even bother to meet the dog to see if the dog is friendly. I no longer recommend them.

Refused to groom my dog because she hadn’t been groomed due to the shutdown. I am new to the area and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. Treated me very disrespectful. My dog is extremely friendly and is excellent during grooming. Took my business elsewhere and very happy with another local groomer. This is my second review as the first magically vanished.

Very unfriendly person on the phone. New to the area and tried to make an appointment. Because my dog, who is excellent when groomed, hasn't been to a groomer in 6 months due to Covid-19, they refuse to see her. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Gary and Romie are the best groomers anyone would want for their dog. They treat the dog as the customer, and always give them treats when they are done grooming. Gary knows how to handle growling dogs. We have been going there over 20+ years, and have not ever been displeased with Garys work. If you want a caring groomer, go to Gary and Romie. You will be glad you did. You wont leave until the work is done the way you want it to be. Gary knows his stuff!!
