“Went in for an oil change today for my grand Cherokee and was provided with excellent service from start to finish. Job done in less than thirty minutes and mechanic returned the car clean! Love the waiting area and complimentary coffee/ water. Lady at register was also very kind and nice enough to provide me with change to tip the mechanic. Will definitely return to this location for future vehicle services!”

501 State Ave, Emmaus“We bought a LOT of cars from Kelly Automotive (Used Cars) over the years. Easily 6 cars. Averaging all those experiences, I'm giving them a 4-star rating. I was a little frustrated with a few things that took place during our last purchase (days ago), but in the grand scheme of things, it wasn't horrible. My advice... For everyone at Kelly: More 'SENSE OF URGENCY.' I should not have to spend 9+ hours to work through a deal and drive away in my new car. That is not acceptable. Treat me like I'm a priority, and stay focused on the tasks at hand. Also, if you tell me the car 'will be ready and detailed' in the morning by 10 am, please keep that promise. Again, I had to take time off of work and be involved to ensure my daughter got through this process ok. When I arrived at 10 am and the car hadn't moved since the night before - I was EXTREMELY angered. You said, "It will take 10 minutes to wrap things up tomorrow," - and it took 3+ hours. And we STILL need to bring the car back to get fully detailed at a later date. More time I have to take to have this transaction completed. And my last bit of feedback... Whatever your current online price is for the vehicle - at the very least - match that. I shouldn't have to check the site one more time to see that the price has been reduced by several hundred dollars. Please, just honor that price and give it to me without asking. Otherwise, I feel like you don't care, and it will make me consider another dealership in the future. Over a few hundred bucks? It's not worth it - just add a step to your process to confirm the price. For salesperson: Being nice and friendly is GREAT! Being overly buddy-buddy is ok, but only if you can talk AND continue to get answers, negotiate, pay attention to my concerns, and ultimately finalize the deal. Basically, I want to finish this deal so I can return to my life. I spent 7 hours on Tuesday night and 3+ hours on Wednesday morning before driving away with the new (used) car. Not ok. There were times that I wondered what was happening - as I stood around, unsure how much longer it would take. Am I still the priority? Did something come up? Am I going to get to return to work soon? Or have lunch? My suggestions are more pointed communication and status updates, which will go a long way. At the end of the day, my daughter has a safe car, the deal felt good (at the end), and I'm glad to be done with it all for now. For my next car purchase, I will definitely keep Kelly Automotive on my list of dealerships to consider.”

“I had been looking for a blue Mitsubishi Outlander Sport or Eclipse Cross for a while. My previous Outlander Sport lasted 13 years, so I wanted to stay with Mitsubishi. I checked Kelly Mitsubishi's website, and I found 2 Eclipse Crosses. Jessica DellaPietra assisted me for many hours, until the dealer found a price that was acceptable. Even after I had agreed on the Eclipse Cross, they still priced an Outlander Sport to show me the difference. I never felt pressured to buy, and Jessica was very compassionate about my concerns on the cost. When I picked up the vehicle a few days later, Jessica was very thorough in explaining all the differences between my previous car and the new one.
