I didn’t know what the issue was but they were able to get things up and running again. I had my mower in and out within 24 hours. The labor costs are pricey, but you’re paying for their expertise. I appreciated that they cleaned off my mower and had it looking brand new as well. They found a physical fault on the hard drive and made clear recommendations that were anticipated.We ended up replacing the PC and they were able to recover and load those files.We were running on a new platform within 4 days.For those without the technical knowledge, the membership is well worth the cost.
