“I have been taking my pets to this vet since I moved here about 7 years ago. I was always very pleased until today. My dog needed anti anxiety meds for an upcoming visit to the groomer. I was told I needed to bring her in for an exam. Today, one of the vets gave her a brief exam and proclaimed her healthy. (She was up to date on vaccinations because my husband and I are elderly and find it less expensive to get them at the local pet store.). Today they charged me for a brief visit, the prescription meds, and $32 FOR A NAIL TRIM, which in the past, has always been complimentary. Their explanation: it's only complimentary when done as part of a wellness visit. I have spent thousands of dollars at this vet for several surgeries, euthanasia, cremation, etc. on several pets. Disappointed!”
“On January 25, 2024, I lost my last dog of almost 16 years, and it was one of the hardest moments of my life! Dr. Morgan was our doctor, and she really, really took the time to talk to me about my dog and actually counsel me, which I very much needed!! She is by far the most caring and empathetic doctor I’ve had - Animal or human! The ladies who were working at the front desk were also extremely compassionate and took time to comfort me. I extend my sincerest gratitude to them and Dr. Morgan for making that day the best it could have been, given the situation!”
“Great folks all around. Friendly knowledgeable caring-understanding..clean..and wasn't loud .. was cat friendly ? ?? ? ?.. Great with my outside(soon inside baby)trying to upload a pic”
“We have a small yorkie who suddenly started limping. We were scared for his health and welfare. Country Companion took us in quickly and found out how to help him. They’re a great vet and their bedside manner is second to none.”
“We have used this Practice since 2012. We have a pedigree Weimaraner and a Scrappy Cat who are family. Sadly Scooby is now entering her 14th year. Animals age and her general body language recently has changed for the worse. I emailed the Vet at 7:00 am for an appointment. It opens at 7:30 my Son and I took her and we were seen at 7:55 which was five minutes after we arrived. Triage was carried out with the suggestion that X-Rays be taken and that she be left for the day. We returned at 5 PM and saw x-rays showing a shadow which is a growth of some kind. She had been given an injection and was much more mobile. Prednisone was prescribed but we all know long term she will pass and it may not be long term in our minds. I have always had good Vets because there is something very special about a person who can diagnose and treat a being not able to speak for itself. We have had unsurpassed service and care from Glenmoore throughout our time here. Some of the negative comments are really depressing as they bear no resemblance to our experience. Ten out of ten for everyone who works there. Thank you”
“I can’t express enough gratitude for Honey Brook Animal Hospital. We have been taking our dogs there for almost 3 years now and have always loved having them as our vet. Our dogs absolutely love going there (especially our Oakley girl who has an incredible bond with Noreen). But last week just confirmed my confidence in them as our vet. In the midst of a pet parent’s nightmare—a sudden tremor/seizure emergency with our perfectly happy and healthy pup—they gave us an extraordinary amount of support. Dr. Frankel went above and beyond to help us and I am forever grateful. They didn’t just provide care—they orchestrated a seamless plan for us. From the initial panic to our pup’s overnight stay with a neurologist they recommended, their care and support never let up. Even in the face of my lingering worries about our boy having a potential lifelong condition, they’ve handled my concerns with utmost understanding, empathy and reassurance. Their compassionate guidance goes above and beyond, making me feel not only grateful but also confident that our dog’s well-being is in the hands of a truly exceptional veterinary team. We couldn’t have made it through this scary time without the help of Dr. Frankel, Dr. Proctor, Noreen, Colleen, and Melissa (thank you for our phone call last week). We may not be out of the woods yet but I know we are in great hands. As a devoted dog mom, my pups are my world and I couldn’t have asked for more.”
“Dr. Pat is the MOST WONDERFUL human being ever! She is Saint Francis reincarnated - animals of all sizes and temperaments just gravitate toward her and love her. She has gone above and beyond for my fur babies and is the most selfless person. She’s kind, compassionate, intelligent, and will do anything for an animal. I’ve reached out with pictures or in a panic and she either reassures me or gets us in immediately. She’s been there for emergencies or annual appointments, she’s reliable and realistic. We’ve been going to her almost 5 years now and there’s nobody else I would trust as much as her. Her prices are fair and humor is free, she’s the most intelligent and easiest person to talk to. The negative reviews (3 out of a million) are people who probably went to her private parking lot and used it to loiter. If you want a parking lot to hang out in go to Wawa. They aren’t customers or people that know her, just passer-byes attempting to use her private land because they think it’s convenient for them and got upset that she told them to leave. She’s an amazing person and anybody that knows her will agree she’s a superhuman! We love you Dr Pat!!”

114 Woodland Dr, Coatesville“The most caring and thorough vet care I have experienced in the 50+ years of owning multiple dogs in various towns. I was blessed that Dr. Atkinson was willing to accept my three newfoundlands into her care when I moved to the area a few years ago. I could tell from the very first appointment that we were in good hands and every interaction since has exceeded my expectations!”
“One of the best vets in the area. We've been taking our dogs here for a number of years and have always received professional and very thorough service. This vet not only has the head knowledge but a natural gift working with animals. Highly recommended!”

110 Morview Blvd, Morgantown“We were in urgent need of a vet and called around to vets in the area. We spoke with a kind receptionist who helped me with all of my questions of pricing and procedures. They had the lowest prices and were so empathetic on the phone. They were able to bring us in that day. They are located right before BB's grocery store. The parking lot is small, but we were able to park our minivan and truck there easily. We were welcomed right away as we walked in and the nurses were so helpful in accommodating our big family and our sick dog. They made us comfortable in a room, brought blankets for our large dog as well. After evaluation our dog needed to be euthanized. They walked us through the procedures and all their options and totaled the prices for us to make the process as easy as possible. We did not have to wait long after we made our decision. The doctor also was so helpful and sweet. It made everyone else in the family very calm and deal with the mourning better. We were so pleased to have come here and I am glad they took care of us so well. If I'm the future we get a dog, this is the place where we will come. Thank you”
“In the midst of a stressful Friday night, our dog suffered a triple fracture in his femur while we were away from home. Despite our efforts, finding an orthopedic surgeon seemed hopeless until we discovered Twin Valley Veterinary Hospital. With remarkable efficiency and compassion, Dr. Smith and his team promptly responded to our call on a Saturday morning, reviewing X-rays and reassuring us within an hour that he can perform the surgery early the next week. His attentive care, patience, and dedication to Koda's well-being were truly remarkable. Along side Dr. Smith were some incredible nurses that were willing to answer our questions and sit with us to provide clear post-op instructions when picking him up the next day.
Furthermore, to add to the positive experience, despite obtaining three other quotes, Dr. Smith provided an exceptionally fair rate for the extensive array of treatments, tests, imaging, hardware, and time invested in Koda's care.
We are immensely grateful for Dr. Smith and the team at Twin Valley Veterinary Hospital for their expertise and compassionate support during a challenging time.”
