I did not buy my Jeep here, but have been here for service several times. Their service department is incompetent! I am not one to post negative reviews, but they damaged my vehicle and are refusing to reimburse me for the damage they caused. At the last visit, I called about having my battery replaced, received a quote and brought my vehicle in. While waiting, Grace from the service dept came over and said the battery they quoted me on wasn't in stock, but a better battery was available for almost 2x the price. I said no thanks, that I would get a battery elsewhere. After several minutes, I walked around to the service bay and saw a man putting the battery back in my vehicle. He was struggling with something for about 10 minutes and then Grace came over and they were both hunched over the battery area of my Jeep for another 10 minutes. I called out and said that I needed to leave. They finished up and brought my vehicle to me. I purchased a battery elsewhere and my husband put it in later that day. He said that they had stripped one of the battery terminals and the bolt was in crooked. He was able to put another bolt in to temporarily hold it together. I took my Jeep to another dealership for an inspection and to have them put in the correct bolt on the battery terminal. They told me that in addition to stripping the battery terminal, they had also damaged a sensor. Total cost to fix the damage they caused was $217.98 plus tax. Spoke with Wayne the service department manager and got an argument. He said to send him the invoice via email. Wayne has refused to respond to my emails. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to the Pennsylvania State Attorney General. I would suggest that others who have these kinds of problems with them do the same. In the past, they have never topped up fluids when servicing my vehicle and will send me a letter in the mail a couple of weeks later stating that it's time to have "my Jeep's coolant topped up" and similar things - things that they should have done when it was in for service 2 weeks prior. I have also noticed in reading their reviews, that every time they have a bad review, that they get their family, friends and aliases to make up fake good reviews to try and balance out all of the legitimate bad reviews. Buyer beware!!

I bought a vehicle with the original company Anthony D'Ambrosio. I purchased a lifetime warranty for my Dodge Ram. During the acquisition I asked multiple times, if the warranty would be honored and I was told "yes". Before the change of ownership, I would bring my vehicle in for its check up and oil change per the warranty contract agreement. Anthony D'Ambrosio would keep record of this in their system. With that said, recently my water pump went and I was informed that I didn't have the records of the required service upkeep, so they couldn't honor the warranty...... As if they don't have the computer systems save details anymore. The manager informed me I would need to pay and I should of kept the records myself... Terrible practices. Keep this in mind when they take you in the office to upsell warranties with your new car purchase. The pamphlets they hand you wont mention this part.

Miracle Chrysler,Jeep was by far the easiest, best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. The process was started on the phone on Thursday afternoon. Jillian was our first point of contact and she was amazing. I wanted to know about a specific Jeep being available, she actually told me she was standing next to it to confirm it was available. Next we were put through to James to now begin all the finer points of the transaction. James was straightforward, and exceptional in helping to obtain what we needed to happen to seal the deal. Coming to a point of a fair deal was a breeze, no hassle, no stress. James goal was our satisfaction and comfort that what we agreed on would be done. We took a chance the next morning and drove 3 hours from Annapolis,Md to Elverson. When we arrived the Jeep had been detailed, paper work was ready AND everything was exactly as agreed upon on the phone. No surprises, no changes. Perfect ! Everyone at this dealership wants you to be happy with the total experience. They stood by what they told us, did not waste our time, and delivered perfectly. We we will be back for our next new vehicle.

They had a really good price on a RAM 2500 and the salesman was friendly and for the most part not pushy. He did the usual song and dance about the deal not lasting long and I brought the wife back to look. All was fine until we started talking numbers. They valued my trade $3k less than two other dealers, but it was still a good deal so I offered to split the difference. They said no, so I said skip the trade. After many mysterious trips to the managers office, he asked for information to run my credit. I still hadn't seen final numbers or what rates might be. Three credit inquiry warnings came in from my monitoring service, and after some fuss I was led into the managers office. I still hadn't seen any numbers, but I signed some stuff and declined a warranty. Then, he gets to the final pages with numbers and the interest rate was 9%. I have tier 1 plus credit and no debt. I said I'd need to shop that around, it was too high. We even showed him our credit unions rate of 6.5%. Rather than be helpful, he said if the truck was still there the following business day we could bring our own financing. At some point, I'd asked for two accessories and since the parts dept was closed they "guessed" about the cost. That was also on the final sheet and a quick Google revealed it was double what Dodge would charge me to walk up and buy them. No offer to settle up with the right numbers when parts opened, the whole thing was take it or leave it and he wouldn't take a deposit. So I left, went somewhere else and got $4k more for my trade and 5.99% with only one credit inquiry. The whole operation seems shady to me. I don't think the sales guy meant any harm, but his boss is a bad apple. Buyer beware.

Made the mistake of trying to take my car here when I first moved to the area about a year and a half ago. Easily the strangest and most unenjoyable experience in my near 25 years of owning and maintaining a car. Not only was their diagnosis of my car filled with inaccuracies (inspiring a chuckle from two different mechanics in the area who reviewed their diagnosis and ended up doing the maintenance work), their repair shop then held my car hostage after doing work that I did not authorize. Their manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the owner, who not surprisingly was "in Florida" and unavailable. I ended up paying with credit card to get my car freed, and after talking to the local police who didn't seem a bit surprised by my experience when I told them where I was. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company and got a refund for the work I didn't authorize. That was more than a year and a half ago and none of the "problems" they wanted to charge me over $4,000 for have ever been an issue - not even after two inspections and an additional 15k miles on the vehicle. I think I've had to put in maybe $1,000 combined since my nightmare experience with this business - so clearly something was off. The only reason I am giving them a 1 is because a 0 isn't an option. Never, ever again.

Had a bad experience with there sister store turnpike Chevy now miracle Chevy sale manager Rod sold a car out from under me while I went to get paper work together at home following my loan approval and practically laughed in my face when I went back with document and told me he didn't think I could get it. I then reached out to this store as we bought a grand Wagoneer from them asked to speak to owner of both dealers said they would have owner call me or a higher up associate reach out to me never happened. Seem that's the direction they want to take screw over the locals

**WARNING**- Do NOT by a car from this dealership!! We went to their other location and had a terrible experience. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. The manager, Rod, has dirty business practices. He has no respect for his customers, as we had a terrible experience dealing with him. We got approved for a loan for a truck, then as we were on our way with our trade in, he sold the truck to someone else right out from under us. Bad businessman. He didn't care about us as customers, he only cared about making the sale complete before the end of the month. His words. We reached out to this location to talk to the owner, but they never returned or call. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

My experience with Miracle was one of the best experiences. They went above and beyond to help me with my new Jeep. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to them. Chris in sales helped me so much and made me feel welcomed.

Technicians properly diagnosed and fixed my vehicle's problem. My Jeep had a stuck valve that was knocking. Being that this was a precision problem involving the cam, I chose to have a Jeep licensed dealership do the work. Technicians also found some other issues that needed attention. The service department brought these to my attention and I chose to have my regular mechanic address them. The service department was gracious enough to give me a price for the work so I could compare and shop for the best deal. There was no pressure to being the vehicle back. The work they did do appears to have been done right and with care. Turnaround on the job was quick. The problem is fixed and the motor runs quiet again. While it was expensive, I can truly say that my service experience here was a positive one. The service dept representative was even patient with me when I arrived five minutes before closing to pick up my vehicle. He patiently stayed past quitting time to ensure I had everything I needed, including a quote for the extra work. He never made me feel guilty or uncomfortable for delaying him from starting his weekend. Overall, this was a five star experience. I recommend this dealership. The folks were friendly and courteous and very decent to deal with.

This dealership has had a lot of changes. New management seems to be working to make things right. Big communication improvement!

Classic bait and switch. This place and sales rep, Chuck Staab are a joke. Unprofessional and unethical. I was offered a price for Jeep in writing through email. Since I live 90 miles away, I scheduled a text drive and time to finalize the deal. After test drive, I was told the price had increased $6,000. I understand this a sellers market but this place is a joke. In 50 years, I have never seen a more disrespectful treatment of a customer. I will never return to this dealer and will call Jeep Corporate Office and attorney general tonight to report my dissatisfaction. No Miracle at this Mickey Mouse dealership, just bullish!t
