Jody Faust does a wonderful job on my taxes. She communicates quickly and works hard to get us every deduction we should have. I have nothing negative to say about her at all and highly recommend her services. H&R Black fees are high though.

First time going to H&R block for taxes and they got my taxes done in less than a week and the lady up front that deals with customers is a very nice and a great person to deal with! I highly recommend this H&R block.

Keep recieving $1000 less each year for the last 4 years , am not happy with the customer service I told the lady I wouldn't be returning next year after being told I can't get advanced refund . Zero appreciation for the business clientele , and my fees were way outrageous to file
