Update: the driver also can’t be bothered to bring a package to the door if it needs a signature. Twice I have made arrangements to be home to receive a package. Twice I have watched them put a sorry we missed you slip in my box. They never bothered to bring the package to the door.Not helpful at all. Went there because I was unable to file my case online. Was told to file it online. Once I finally was able to open a case, my lost mail case was marked as resolved by this post office. Needless to say, its still missing.Completely unreliable

I had surgery on my knee couldn't walk for 2 months so I ordered a wheelchair my son is 15 so he couldn't drive and it was winter they said my driveway had ice on it , my son made a video to show me there was no ice or snow on the driveway I never got the wheelchair, today had 3 packages stolen I pay for packages to be delivered to my door not the bottom of my driveway . just lazy people

I almost always get quick and friendly service here. I've been here numerous times to witness the employees at the front counter assisting other customers and helping people to use the most appropriate service for their packages.

It is disappointing that our postal worker will shove boxes into our mailbox without walking a short distance to our front door. It shouldn’t be an inconvenience as it is part of the postal workers job. Due to their inability to walk to our front door, we’ve had several packages damaged. Do better.

Lady working in the downtown Ellwood city office is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. I dropped off 4 prepaid packages and she made it seem like I should be apologizing for dropping off packages. Sorry to inconvenience you with having to scan 4 packages, and give me my receipt. Next time I can just scan them myself, so that I'm not such an inconvenience. Won't be using this office again.

They refuse to deliver my packages or mail because someone got nipped by a dog in the neighborhood. Rude and unprofessional, if I could refuse to pay them tax dollars I would.

Snow on the ground and no mail for two days, second time in two years. I keep getting mail for the people with the same address but they are located in Ellport. The staff at the office used to not be friendly. Hopefully they have retired. Called the post master last year when we got two inches of snow to see why we hadn’t received mail for two days (the first time). She gave me an excuse that there was too much snow. I told her I drove to my job 33 miles away and didn’t have a problem. Wonder how she would like to go to a hospital to find out no one showed because of the snow?

I have a lot of packages come my way. Tons of overseas. I have found the problem is with Pittsburgh BMC getting the mail to ECPO. Once it gets to our post office things usually go smooth. Unfortunately there were times I have called there yelling because I needed the package and it’s still at the BMC running late. Everyone at the ECPO remains cool and professional and always tries to help.
