Had a 910am appointment today and the little girl/phlebotomist that was unbelievably AMAZING! I told her I was a difficult stick as my veins were not cooperating. I told her to stick me till she gets it and on her 4th attempt she nailed it! I have the worst veins in the world..I can't believe she got it so quickly:) she was amazing and so very friendly ❤️ I will definitely go back to her for all my and my family lab needs. I cannot say enough about this technician. Outstanding customer service 👏!!!

This is the second time showing up for lab work that the center says it's open and it's closed. No number to call to even see if anyone is there beforehand so you just have to drive however far to find out if it's open or closed

Horrible customer service arrived for appt and was told by 2 gentleman that they were not opened yet. They were supposed to open 7 am my appointment was 8am after calling there main office was told they had no one to work and were not opening for the day. The two gentleman then told me that this is the 3rd time in 2 months that they have not open when they had appointments also

From scheduling to blood draw, the whole process was very easy at the Ellwood City Quest. The technician was very friendly and answered all questions I had.

The address for the Elwood City, PA location is terrible! The address associated with the app, website, and Google Maps is wrong! Unless you are local and already know it’s in the Giant Eagle plaza you are going to be sent to 3 different residential locations! The Quest location does not receive mail so their address doesn’t exist. To make matters worse, you can’t speak to a human by phone at the location.

Stuff is excellent and location is very convenient but be aware you might need to wait even you have scheduled appointment so plan accordingly.

Went to this location because the Cranberry location was closed for the week. Very efficient process. We were in and out in a matter of minutes. The ladies were so super kind!
