I'd give Shawn six stars if I could! I had him pickup a vehicle for junk and I told him I wish I had time to remove the front fender for another truck I had. The next day he showed up with the fender and left it on the back porch!!

We were visiting family in New Brighton, PA over Labor Day weekend. The fuel pump driver module on my husband's '04 SportTrak went out. No parts stores carry this part - at least not any more. Now add in that it's Sunday on a holiday weekend. Plassmeyer was recommended to us through a facebook, "seeking recommendations" post. We called and they were closed - but you could leave a message. We left a message, but didn't expect anything to come of it. Well, we were wrong!! We got a call back within 60-90 minutes and Shawn had the part and was willing to let us come get it on a day they were closed!! We couldn't beat the price! My husband even tried to pay him more money just for allowing us to come get it - and he refused! If we are ever in need of anything automotive while we're in PA, we'll be checking with Plassmeyer FIRST!!! One of the best customer service experiences I've EVER had!!!!!
