The engine light came on and the service department diagnosed some valve issues. The car has almost 100,000 miles on it so I was not surprised that something would need tended to on our 2016 Trax. The service person let me know that it would be two hours and the lunch hour before the repairs would be completed. I was surprised when he came back in just under 2 hours and said that the mechanic waited to take their lunch until my car was completed. I was amazed and the price was less than I would expect to pay elsewhere. I have always taken my cars for service here over the past 4 plus years I have lived here even though t is not the closest Chevy/GM dealer to me. It is because of service like this that I will continue to bring my vehicles back her to be serviced and they will get a nod for our next auto purchase.

Great service but paid $97 for an oil change for a sedan, in Ellwood City, PA…. Lived in Charleston, SC (avg house price 500k compared to ellwood city 135k) paid $60-70 for an oil change down there. Can’t justify that whatsoever.

Friendly people, excellent work, honest salesman Nick went out of his way to help me get the best price for my Trax and get all the paperwork done so I wasn't there for hours. Highly recommend all aspects of this dealership.

Have Cadillac 2021. They will not do warranty work on it since I didn't buy it there. Other dealers in the area will that are GM and don't sell the cadillac brand. Very poor customer service

Friendly and efficient. Had an appointment for some diagnostic work and to schedule a recall fix. They were ready for me when I got there and had a comfortable lounge/ waiting area. Also coffee was pretty good as well

I make it a point to drive out here to get my car serviced. While I could go anywhere for an oil change, I'd much rather drive out here. It makes me feel better getting it serviced at the same company I bought it from. But not only that, the staff is extremely wonderful and friendly. From oil changes to inspections, this is the place to go. Honestly it's just a great experience that I'm comfortable with, and that's all I could ask for.
