My wife is getting her 2022 Toyota Rav worked on and they gave me a 2020 Honda accord when I requested an all wheel drive vehicle. Not a big deal, I’m a good driver in the snow so I’ll manage. However, the inside of this vehicle looks like Jeffrey Dahmers apartment, destroyed with stains everywhere! I don’t know if it’s dirt or blood. Front seats, backseats, everywhere! The amount of chemicals sprayed in the vehicle to cover up the stain smell, made me nauseous on my 10 min ride home, it’s overwhelming with chemical sprays, it’s disgusting. Not to mention the front bumper on the passenger is barely hanging on, and I cannot even hook my phone up to this vehicle via Bluetooth for some odd reason? This will be my last time dealing with this company unless we are made whole.

I just recently got into my first major c accident and totaled my car last month, and i decided to go through enterprise through my insurance to get a rental. To say the least, I had an excellent experience with Enterprise, particularly Seth was very helpful with any questions that I had. I also got my deposit back with no issues. I highly recommend these guys.

I had a reservation to pick up a rental car after dropping my vehicle off for repairs. I waited 40 minutes in the lobby waiting for the woman working to show up. Her boss from another location was contacted after I waited the first 10min. I was assured she should be back any minute. I finally had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer. No one from enterprise ever contacted me!

Absolute garbage. The car we rented had 2 gallons of gas in it, reeked of cigarette smoke, visibly dirty and covered in ash and a cigarette underneath the seat. The employee said she didn’t smell it, while wearing a mask...duhhh... When we called to request a change in vehicle, as it was unsafe to put our baby in the car, she gave a lackadaisical response that she would call around and try to find something for us, and said she couldn’t find anything. We called a different enterprise location and they graciously made the switch. Enterprise can be great, just skip this location.

This place has went down hill dramatically since Sid relocated. Customer service is non-existent. I've rented from here numerous times out of convenience but I may start going to cranberry or a different rental company altogether after this incident, my employer has accounts with all the major rental companies. I confirmed my Monday rental with Kim on Thursday, when I called to ask for an upgrade, which I was refused after it was made way too complicated...she wanted me to physically bring my upgrade coupon in ahead of pickup instead of just changing the reservation and noting to collect the coupon when I picked up the car. Anyway, I confirmed I would be there Monday morning and mentioned it would be a little later than the 9 am, the reservation time. I was told "not a problem". I get here at 11am and Kim tells me she gave my reservation away. No apology at all. She BLAMED it on me for making the 9am reservation. I reminded her I mentioned previously it wouldn't be specifically at 9 and she stated the reservations are good for the time you set...horrible customer service. I've showed up after the reservation time a dozen times and ALWAYS have gotten a call to confirm I was still coming, these folks are not trying to make customers happy at all. I won't come back here after this rental.

I will drive an hour before I ever use this enterprise location again! They gave me a rental truck while my car was in the shop, called and said I had to drop that rental back off because it went up for presale and they would put in me in something else, luckily my car was done the following day and I dropped the rental off without having to trade rentals. 5 days later, 3 phone calls and my deposit is still not in my account not to mention customer service is horrible. They ignored me when I walked in 2x and I had to ask for help after 10 mins. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

They promise you a car and try to palm off a pickup truck or a VERY large multi passenger vehicles. If you have to take your vehicle to the body shop where their located make your own arrangements for a more professional and polite rental agency. They even make business and corporate commercial rentals go to their cranberry township, a 35-45 minute drive to get their vehicle. Their not accommodating to Any customer. Run away Screaming!!

I had two staff members rent cars, one was a month in advance, they then received a message the day rentals were due to be picked up telling them no vehicles were available. Unacceptable and very poor service.

Poor- reservation made- no cars available! No one available to drop vehicle off to me as advertised. I will not be utilizing Enterprise ever again
