“I shop at this Big Lots in New Castle, PA a lot. We did have a Big Lots near where I lived, however it closed. I have always loved Big Lots and the way they have the store set up. It’s very easy to find what you’re looking for and easy to shop. The staff is always pleasant & friendly, super helpful when you ask for assistance. I love the discounts & deals you can find throughout the entire store. I can’t tell you all the things I’ve purchased for my home. I just bought an outdoor patio furniture set for my porch. I really enjoy the “grocery” part of the store as well. Lots of snacks or goodies that you haven’t heard of but are super yummy. I could go on and on, but I feel that you just need to visit the store and explore. I promise you will find some cool things here.”
“Overall store and employees are wonderful and pleasant. Except for cashier Donna, she has the personality of a rock and makes it known she hates her job. If you can check out with someone else, I recommend doing so but seeing how she seems to be the only cashier ever working (during the day), good luck.”

“This store has almost everything you may need plus more. The greeting card aisle is huge. Beautiful cards have prices starting at 50 cents! I always find stuff I can't find at other stores.Check it out!!”
