With rite aid closing our scripts were transferred to cvs. Our experience so far has been absolutely amazing. The techs are all very polite and the pharmacist rachel always asks me if I have any questions..I truly appreciate the time and attention when picking up my husband and my scripts..kudos to you cvs!! I look forward to seeing their smiling faces and their manners...makes me actually feel like my business is appreciated. ..sincerely Delana and Kevin Shaffer

For three decades, I relied on Giant Eagle for my prescriptions. However, due to the ongoing confusion and inconsistencies, I transferred my prescriptions to the CVS in Ellwood City. This change has resulted in a remarkably seamless transition. The pharmacy technicians are exceptional in their service and efficiency. I want to highlight the outstanding support provided by pharmacy staff; their contributions cannot be overstated. Managing over 11 prescriptions daily can be pretty complex, especially with the frequent changes dictated by my health conditions, yet the pharmacy staff consistently maintains organization and clarity throughout the process. I extend my sincere gratitude to the pharmacy staff and the entire pharmacy tech for their dedication and hard work.

Got in line at the pharmacy drive through 15 mins before closing, waited in line the whole 15 mins and was the last in line. As soon as we pulled up after the person in front of us was serviced, they closed the gates on us. We needed an emergency inhaler and now have to wait until tomorrow to get it. It was only 7:02 when they shut the gate on us. Absolutely ridiculous.

Everytime I go in there I get hounded. I hate thieves, on top of that I don't steal. I went in for a gallon of milk tonight and was asked 4 times what I needed. I had extra bucks rewards and wanted to see if there was anything else I needed. Everytime it's the same.

Very disappointed. The gentleman that i've seen works evenings was not pleasant every time I shopped there. He accused me of unboxing and stealing makeup when it wasn't even the same kind I was looking at and interested in, but I put it back because the total was above what I could afford. Needless to say, everything I put back, I was planning on getting it all in a few days. Not to mention the last time shopping there I spent $75... so from now on, I'll buy my necessities across the street at Rite Aid...Vicky and Mary were wonderful. But this guy... yeah won't be getting my business and Maybe if their prices weren't out freaking ragious I could get over it. But him following me around and showing me the wrong product and then me mentioning that I saw the opened package and no apology?.... yep rite aid for me.

Always enjoy shopping at CVS in Ellwood City PA. They have the nicest things and a great variety. I wish they excepted my UPMC for life flex card, the only thing I regret..The employees who work at this CVS are very helpful and kind and go out of there way to assist you,.

When Ron was the pharmacy manager, I was always pleased with the service I received. He must have run a tight ship because things went smoothly and efficiently, any questions and issues were always handled quickly. Well since he left, that ship has sank. The pharmacy staff is miserable, not helpful, and clueless. It’s pretty bad when you are more knowledgeable about their process than the employees. I’ll be going elsewhere for my prescriptions. Knowing these people are responsible for dispensing medication is alarming. (Note: I’ve only had positive experiences with the retail staff)

Karen is always miserable and nasty to customers and/or anyone else who dares to step into this store. The rest of the staff are usually friendly, some are always friendly. Who ends up helping you is like the lottery, sometimes you win but most of the time you lose.

Karen is very rude and nasty to customers and others who visit this store. CVS must be desperate for workers because she should not be working there or be allowed to interact with the public. Shame on you CVS for allowing someone like this to continue to represent your company.

Robert was very rude and refused to take me at the front counter, instead walked me over to self checkout and made me do that. He showed me "how to do" self-checkout like I was an idiot. What a lazy manager.
