I am just now leaving the cricket Store in Ellwood city.I am very happy.Vicky was the best Representative I've ever had so happy with my new phone and he fixed it up.So I won't have any problem using it. 5 stars are not enough !!!

Manu was extremely helpful and very nice. Walked in to get 2 upgraded phone and walked out with that plus an extra for our son. Best customer service I ever had at this location!! Can't wait to see her again in at our Ellwood city location!

We have activated 3 phones in the past couple of weeks and have received exceptional customer service each time! We were highly educated and knew what to expect. My bill is half the price it used to be and we now have unlimited w/ hotspot! Couldn't be happier with this location and our new phones! Thank you both for all of your help!

One of the best cricket stores I've ever been to service was great and very helpful and the employee Ricky was very friendly and polite definitely my go to store
