There is not proper shipping and receiving office and officer.Old Lady was not nice to drivers and very dirt_ clipboard for check in and check out.Plastic products like chairs . They want you to come with strap but who hona return that strap.

Got here an hour early and they docked me and loaded me. Hard to back into. Tight space but I need the practice. I made it of course. Only 1 pull up. Much success.

This is undoubtedly one of the best shippers I've been to,the staff was very welcoming and respectful, if u get there before your appointment no worries,if u get there at 6 am they're inside and will load u. No overnight parking tho.

Had appointment but was an hour late.drove by 3 fountain st. Looking for a place to park my semi over night and asked the guy locking the gate if he knew anywhere to park overnight. As I was leaving he was on his phone to a lady in the warehouse and they said they could load me now.they were both helpful and nice. We need more people like them in this world. THANK YOU!
