“I always dreaded going to Verizon because it took hours to be taken care of, but this visit was amazing.Rusty took care of me and he was awesome.He is an expert at multitasking I wasn't the only customer in the store but Rusty was able to handle multiple things at one time was respectful and pleasant.I was out in less than an hour.You are lucky to have him as an employee!!!!!!!”

“-This visit to the location was a great experience, the sales rep Jayde did have to call for support from her manger, although was very helpful & efficient at her job nonetheless. Especially being a newer employee, I think she handled the sale exceptionally!-Had little trouble at first doing what I was trying to do the last time I visited this location, but Jayde was a great help getting me all taken care of the second time around. And I would recommend her to any customer looking for a pleasant experience while shopping at this location.”
“Amanda was more than wonderful as I switched from a Samsung to Apple. She assured me all my photos were safe and stayed after hours to insure everything downloaded correctly. I work in retail, and have kids the way that she stayed over after closing to ensure I was satisfied and that everything was working was beyond what I was expecting. I can also say that she never made me feel like I was putting her out for staying and held causal conversation with me for hours while the photos of my kids and videos transferred over. I can not thank her enough for her kindness this Saturday night.”

We are new customers (we switched from our old carrier to Cricket),not only are we saving money from what we we're paying our old carrier for 6 lines BUT this employee was understanding and such a sweetheart to my 88 year old father in law.
