I haven't taken anything there personally but my friend has and she has trouble getting them to hear her. I personally think it's because she's a woman. When they did work on it, it ran worse then when she took it in. If you are a woman and need to take something there don't. Get a man in your life to do it for you. I'm sorry to say.

We went to Hoover Brother's on the recommendation of a friend. We can not say enough positive things about Hoover Brother's! They serviced and inspected our RV (Diesel Pusher) prior to our first trip in 2 years. Their expertise, communication with us, scheduling and prompt handling of follow up issues (not related to the service they provided) and even being available to answer a question while we were on the road gave us the peace of mind to travel through six states on major interstates and rural roadways! Highly, highly recommend!!!

I got an estimate for $5000 and 1 week to have my trans rebuilt. Two days into it, they called with an up day and said it was worse than they thought and quoted $7000. Then it wasn’t done for 2 weeks and the bill was $9100! NOT very happy with the price increase or time to get job done! ?
