Don’t let them anywhere near your A/C system. My system was filled with unknown refrigerant, I went to two other shops and the dealer, all the same response. They can’t repair it since it will contaminate their system.
Now the big issue. Instead of recovering $300 of refrigerant, they vented it to atmosphere, which is illegal and then had the gull to charge me an additional $300 for the refrigerant that could have been recovered. Now I have a non working AC system nobody will touch and contaminate their system with an unknown hydrocarbon refrigerant.
PS, I have texts and messages that Austin said he undercharges 2oz on all systems. Maybe if you had a license and a recovery unit, illegally venting to atmosphere and under charging, you would know how the refrigeration cycle works.
I will contact the EPA so others and our environment are not damaged by your ignorance.

My mechanic retired. I found Welch’s Auto online and had them change my oil. They were very friendly, got me in in just a couple days and the price was pretty much the same as my other mechanic. It’s nice to have someone local.

Bob and Betsy like Welch's Auto because they tell beforehand what is to be done and Tell if find anything else of concern while doing the first. We feel the vehicle is as safe as possible after they fix it.

I have been coming here for years. Always friendly service and reasonable prices. Very accommodating with appointments, even emergencies. Newly renovated Reception Area looks awesome! Comfy waiting area with friendly conversation. They definitely keep you informed of everything going on with your vehicle, and they won't try to sell you anything that you don't need. I like how they send text reminders when your vehicle might be due for service or inspection. Highly recommend!
