Stay as far away from this place as possible. They don't back up their work, I was in a jam and yes they helped me with the free tire but what they did not tell me it was a tire that came off another car so there's no warranty and 2 weeks later my daughter stranded on the side of the road with a blown tire. When I called to ask what the mileage was for that tire that's when they told me it was a tire off another car. Claimed the front end was tight. The front end of my car is not tight. The tires have been wobbling. And when they called no more help. Would never take a car there for anything. My life was literally put in danger with this tire. And my grandkids lives. To think this is a licensed inspection place. I wouldn't trust an inspiration from this place for anything. I can't believe how I could have easily been killed.

These guys are the best! They treated my daughter and I very well We asked to test drive a few vehicles that they had on their lot, they were very cordial, they were very helpful. And it was -5° that day! I will definitely pass this business along to others. I also had my 2 grandchildren with me and my youngest daughter and they treated them very very nice. I really enjoy shopping here and I will be a frequent flyer. Thank you so much Elkland Chevrolet! And I love my new Infinity ?

Went there to ask a seemingly simple question. The lady at the parts department does get a 5* she was as helpful as she could be, but the guy out at the front service department desk that told me he wasn't going to waste his time with it! Not going back there for any reason. Way to lose business for the company buddy!

This was the most seamless car buying experience I’ve ever had. Elkland Chevy has excellent customer service and I had the keys to my beautiful Equinox in a very short time. From past experience, their service department is also highly recommended! They are honest and reasonably priced. This aided in my decision to purchase from this dealership. I know that if I ever need service in the future that I’ll receive fair priced and high quality care for my vehicle!

I found a truck that I was interested at Ekland Chevy so I wrote in about it. I received an email asking about the details of my trade with some photos. I sent the details of my car over - and still hadn’t heard anything back. Today I got home, pulled out my car, and took some photos of the car to send to Elkland Chevy. Within minutes I finally got a response back that the truck had been sold earlier today. No idea why I wasn’t notified or why the salesmen couldn’t help me out further, faster through the process. Quite a disappointment to say the least. I was going to cross state lines to buy this truck too.
