Doctors are fine, but the staff doesn’t respond to messages and/or refill requests in their patient portal. They don’t even return phone calls when patients ask for help. I’d suggest another office.

Saying goodbye after 40 years. You can't get through to anyone, and the automated prescription refill system doesn't work. I've been trying for a week to get a prescription filled, and nothing. Unreal how this practice has collapsed from what it used to be.

Very unprofessional staff. Not dedicated to the care of patients. There is a need for improved staff training and a more patient-centered approach to ensure a better quality of care of overall practice. Definitely don’t recommend Kenneth Weiss; unreliable and lack of empathy and attentiveness raises concerns.
