Cassandra at Walgreens is truly a gem! Every time my friends and I visit, we’re greeted with her warm and cheerful “Welcome to Walgreens, honey!” Her welcoming spirit instantly lifts our mood and makes our shopping experience delightful. Cassandra is always attentive, helping us find what we need and offering excellent recommendations. Her positive energy and genuine care for customers create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Shopping at Walgreens with Cassandra on duty is always a great experience!

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. This is the worst Walgreens in the country (empty shelves, prescriptions never in stock, long waits on the phone to speak with an associate).

The pharmacy staff is rude. It has improved some since some of the employees have changed. The pharmacy regularly runs out of medication, causing me, the consumer to wait and delay treatment. That hurts.

Store opens at 7:00 AM.Got there at 7:30 this morning to grab cold medicine and tissues before work.Doors were locked and the store wasn't open. Waited 15 minutes and still nothing. Went to CVS instead.

This team does not open its doors at times stated accordance to store hours. This is the very least to be expected from a location brand such as these .. we have been waiting outside for 15 minute plus.

Tried to get a copy of a picture from my phone and asked where I could fine the the cord for an iPhone. The clerk behind the counter said to me, "You have to bring your own." Went to the pharmacy for a flu shot. The tech blurted out some of my information to confirm who I was and told me to fill out the paper. The person who came out to give me the shot said, "For Tina". She only asked if I was there for a flu shot. Never a hello, goodbye, how are you etc. The lack of customer service is apathetic!

This location is usually out of most drinks in the refrigerated section, and is usually a bit of a mess. Often if I pick up prescriptions, staff are not acknowledging you waiting for a while. Photo staff are usually kind! It's a drug store. It meets your needs, just doesn't go above or beyond.

It’s like the cashiers here are playing a secret prank on the customers with the goal of seeing just how long they can make us wait before someone storms out. There will be like 9 people in line and the only cashier will wander off to the photo area just to see if it still looks like an active war zone. If I entered the store, made a beeline to the first item I saw, and took it directly to the register, it would still be a 27 minute wait in line. I just watched an entire episode of The Office while waiting to be rung up. The guy behind me brought a lawn chair to sit in. I watched a couple in line have their first kiss, get married, and divorced all before checking out, right there in front of me.Good candy selection

To the rude techs. How about instead of rolling your eyes, smacking your lips, and muttering things under your breath. Do your job and get people's medication.For the love of god, do not use this location.

Rude pharmacists, slow as molasses to ring you up, and per the pharmacy it will take "hours" to fill my scripts. They never answer the phone. Must be chronically understaffed and incompetent. WORST WALGREENS IVE EVER BEEN TO
