The nail tech pulled a used nail file out of the drawer and started filing my nails. Nail files spread fungus. They should be coming out of a sanitizer or brand new. The other tools were wrapped. I really hope my one trip to the salon didn't give me nail fungus.

I found Salon Tiffany while looking for a nail salon near me in a safe area and found this gem. I called to see if they take walk-ins or if i would need to make an appointment for a regular manicure and was offered an appointment the same day at 5:00 pm. I parked in their small lot, arrived on time and greeted as soon as I walked in. The salon was very quiet with soothing music playing and the news was on with no sound, just the close captioning. There was no heavy chemical smells in there either. The lady who greeted me showed me to the wall where the regular nail polishes were (not a huge selection of colors). One thing I did notice was that my nails were not soaked in warm soapy water prior to my manicure. I take it that stuff put on my cuticles was softener. My manicure was cool and I liked the hand massage. Oh, during the manicure a warm towel was placed at my back with the pillow in the chair which was nice since it was a cold, rainy evening. After my manicure the young lady asked me to pay which was fine because there is nothing worse than messing up your nail after you think they are dry to dig in your wallet to pay. Please note that cards are accepted for amounts over $20. Anything under $20 you have to pay cash or check. They do have an ATM on site to use that only charges you $1 for your money which is pretty rare these days. Lastly, while my nails were drying my technician asked me if I would like a little neck and shoulder massage and I said yessss. It lasted about a minute or two but it was a nice touch as I sat to dry my nails. They also use a quick drying, glossy top coat so I was not sitting there for 2 hours drying my nails lol. Overall, wonderful experience and I will be returning for more services.

Love this place, this is the second time I’ve gone to them and don’t plan on stopping. I looked them up a few weeks ago because I went to a different salon and they had messed up my nails, so I desperately wanted to get them fixed. They were crooked amongst other annoyances but salon Tiffany fixed them for me, made them straight and shaped them perfectly. They are good with getting my cuticles cleaned up carefully which is something I really look for. They also throw in a nice neck massage!Service: Gel manicures

This business is very aggressive when it comes to tips. They keep asking you for a tip, they don't give you the opportunity to give one on your own. I understand we all are struggling out here but begging and forcing someone to tip, it seems like a behavior. They also give you services that you didn't ask for and secretly charge you at the end. Be an honest service to your customers.Services: Manicure
