Hats off to the Management team here! Jamie is extremely attentive & patient. Any time I needed or reached out to him he gratefully helped me out, even when I could tell he was busy. If you're looking for a short-term or long term safe place that looks after your needs, I highly recommend Melrose Station!! A++

I lived at Melrose Station for almost 3 years while in school. The way everyone is so friendly and responsive made the move so easy!! Jamie in the main office on site was always available and so helpful, the HEAD MAN on maintenance, Ray, also incredible!! The areas on the property are very well kept including all shared spaces with the whole community, the train station is right out of the parking lot, and PET FRIENDLY!!!!! What more could you ask for!!!

I’ve lived here for 7 years and it was an AMAZING experience. Jamie (the property manager) is everything you could hope for —respectful, responsive, and genuinely caring and understanding. The maintenance (Ray + team) is awesome - have an issue, you let Jamie or Ray know and they’d do their best to get it done ASAP.Parking is probably the main headache, but only later at night and holidays since most folks may be home — HOWEVER! The easiest solution to that would be street parking on Valley Rd, which is almost always available—or parking a little further away from your actual building.Amazing location - the Melrose Park Regional Rail station is literally right behind the office— meaning you can get to Center city in no time! There are a few bus stops that range in distance (28, 55, 16) but will all get you to the Broad Street line or the city with minimal hiccups. You also get access to Rte 309, which connects you to the Turnpike for travel, and a few minutes away from Rte 1 that links you to I-76.You are no more than 5-7 minute drive from a plethora of shops, gas stations, even a few parks! On your way to 309 is Greenleaf shopping center, which has most major stores you need! The neighborhood is SOO peaceful and gorgeous to walk during the summer/fall months. The complex itself is well kept, and looks damn near luxurious. It feels nice when folk’s drive around and see it because it does look swanky! ?There is an onsite gym with a few equipments, as well as MASSIVE space if you wanted to do cardio/yoga/etc. It is also shared by a kitchen/lounge space. The only other “headaches” I could think to mention is laundry & noise. Laundry because they’re located in a few buildings which may mean an outdoor trip depending on your building. Noise because the walls seem thin, you’re more than likely to hear voices/sounds from your neighbors…but hey, that’s the cost of living in an apartment. Please know that if you got noise issues, you will have to take it up with your neighbor or other means because the office is hands off about this. However, everyone is usually respectful of this and there is quiet hours after 10pm.The ONLY reason we left was due to the rise in rent. Although this place is well worth it, the price we were given rivaled that of brand new tenants - without the upgrades & upkeep that comes with getting a new space. While I think a year or two is fine —if you plan to stay super long term; this is something to consider.Overall, this place was an awesome experience & if you want a peaceful home while still having reasonable access to the city —-this is the place for you!

This apartment complex's quality has gone down drastically! The amount of thefts that has happened in this complex is shocking! The amount of money they want on top of the things happening here are ridiculous. You would think that safety is a priority for the people that live here but NOPE! Their Jersey location is better than the location here I can't wait to move! Not to mention the only they began to implement brighter lights and cameras near the office which is d*** is because stuff happened! This complex has gone down completely. Do not live here and if you do I pray for you!

I’m currently about to move at the end of this month. I’ve been here for almost three years and honestly it was t that bad. However it’s not worth the price that’s why I’m moving. When I first moved here my rent was $1,180 and that was fine since I was paying more from where I was living before. Now I pay $1,330 and in order to renew my lease my rent was going to be $1,415 I believe and that’s way too much for a 2 bedroom apart that is EXACTLY the same as the day I moved in. No updates were going to be made to the apartment. They do what my old apartment did and just paint the tub so expect your tub to peel and crack from daily usage. Location is ok, they keep the complex neat. The lock to the common door to my building was never fixed since the lock fell out but it wasn’t really a problem for me. Maintenance was on point when you needed something fixed. I lived in the bottom floor apartment so do expect to have people with heavy feet walking back and forth over your head a lot. Parking is ok. Just know that the laundry faculty isn’t the best so I choose to take my laundry to a real laundromat to wash. They updated the gym but I never went to give a honest opinion . But other than that it’s not a bad place to live but it’s time for bigger and better things. So good luck to whoever wants to live here.

Melrose Station Apartments is a great place to live! Jamie and Ray go above and beyond to help their residents. My car battery died a few times in the last two years and they were always graciously willing to help me with a jump start! I lived at Melrose Station for 11 years. I would still be there if I didn't need to move closer to my dad. I really miss seeing and talking with Jamie and Ray most days!

Melrose Station is a great place to be . The apartments are super spacious and has great appliances. Jaime and Ray are friendly, professional and attentive and do their best to resolve any issue quickly. The only con is the parking and the noisy neighbors sometimes. Being close to the train is also a pro. The newly remodeled gym and laundry room is such a great conveniences for the apartment community.

I have lived in Melrose Station Apartments for several years and it has been the most comfortable, safe and welcoming space I've ever experienced. Jamie, the complex manager, is so kind and accommodating to all of the residents, providing helpful service in the busiest of times. It is conveniently nestled near beautiful, quiet, tree-lined streets in Elkins Park and literally steps away from the Melrose Park Regional Rail. I have no complaints!

The best location and apartment to live, and I've been living here for the past decade. Right next to septa station that can basically take you to the city, airport, other suburbs within 30-45mins. The staff/manger is very friendly and prompt with their work. The property is kept clean at all times in and out. Of course to top that, the rent is the most reasonable that you can ever find around..

Looks nice on outside. But inside has broken elevator that's supposing waiting for a part for 5 months. Parking is terrible. Must park two blocks away. Not worth the price. Leaving when lease expires.

Melrose Park Station Apartments is by far the best rental experience I’ve had. Their commitment to the consumer interest and dedication to the property make Melrose Station a great place to live. The property offers easy access to public transportation, adequate parking. The property too offers reasonable accommodations for tenets and an engaged and committed staff. I would certainly recommend Melrose Station to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay!
