Lillian the receptionist has excellent customer service skills and is very friendly and professional. Dr Yu was very friendly and caring as well.”
“My experience with ARCpoint Labs was seamless. I was a few minutes late, because I had a little trouble finding the office. Upon arrival, I was seen within a few minutes of signing in, & my appointment took less than 10 minutes from start to finish.”
“I much prefer to go to Liberty urgent care than the emergency room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioners are very caring and know their stuff. Although Dr Campbell is also very nice I haven't seen him in quite some time. I highly recommend Liberty Urgent Care”

“Wow some of the other reviews on this location are shocking! I have been to a lot of other LabCorp locations and this one is hands down the best. I’ve been coming to this location now for about 4 years or so every month, so I would say I have a good amount of experience with them. And honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even if there is a line it goes fast.. I usually see Gertrude when I go.. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her and the impact she has had on me through my health issues. I am really tough for most phlebotomists, I have ended up in tears at labs often; I pretty much have always needed the IV Team if I am in the hospital, even some anesthesiologists have had issues. But since coming to Gertrude she is able to get me without any issues and now I have only shed happy tears!! She always brightens my day, so nice and really cares.. Even the other girl that is there often, I believe her name is, Anisa, she is nice too. Both of these girls really hustle. I don’t know how they do it honestly. But I am grateful to them both!!”

“I was in and out quickly and efficiently. Check-in was simple. I didn't have to wait a second. I went from the check-in kiosk to giving the blood samples. The tech was courteous and pleasant. Her "stick technique" was well executed.”

“I’ve had what feels like an absurd amount of blood work done over the last three years and this morning’s experience was my best yet. Steve is now my favorite phlebotomist and I’ll be sure to ask for him whenever I need to go again! I had three vials drawn and barely felt a thing. The transition between vials was smooth, he found my hard to find veins on his first try, and there was zero bruising after (I almost always bruise). He also had excellent bedside manner and that put me at ease.”
“I thank God for the doctors at this office! They really care about you and really want you to start a family and to be happy. They really make your dreams come true and will fight hard to do it. I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and I am truly grateful for them. I miss them so much! They really become family and make you feel comfortable and at home. I recommend them to anyone! “Always seamless in and out experience here - I've come here for pre-employment testing and my routine bloodwork. Usually I make an appointment and have to wait less than 5 minutes to be brought back. I had a large quantity of labs ordered for one visit and they worked hard to minimize needle pokes. This morning I walked in without an appointment right at opening and was seen immediately. Jeff was my phlebotomist and he was AMAZING. He was able to stick me in my AC which no one has been able to do in years because of my veins diving deep. It was over before I knew it. Very satisfied - Jeff deserves a raise!! The other benefit of this location is that if you have a ride waiting for you, there's a place for them to easily pull over in the roundabout during your quick appointment. I've never been there longer than 15 minutes start to finish. Highly recommend!”
“I went to Quest in Cinnaminson NJ and they did a GREAT JOB!!! The young lady was so nice and friendly and really did a great job talking my blood, I wish I had her name to put on here! I had no wait at all and the girl went above and beyond in helping me. I made a mistake with my insurance and she made a call and remedied the situation perfectly.”
“I have small veins and sometimes the phlebotomist has a problem drawing blood. I went to Labcorp this morning and I have to say that Ms. Monica is the best. She drew my blood with no problem. I’m going to go there and ask for her every time I need bloodwork.”

“We took my 1 year old son here for his blood work. The only reason for loosing a star was they called my son's name from the 3rd computer and when I went to the window the reception said with attitude to come to the 3rd desk. I was unaware I was to let myself in the door. The lady was very nice once we sat down.
The phlebotomists that took my son's blood deserve more than 10 stars! We started with one who took her time with him, felt multiple times for his veins, used the warmers to help. She called in another woman to help and together they were able to get my son's blood quickly. They were so gentle and kind to him and explained everything to me.”

“I was a walk in this morning. I had a very short wait. Front desk was friendly. I have very tiny veins and it is usually a struggle to get enough blood into the tube with a butterfly needle. Kris was amazing, she picked a vein that no one in the past ever considered. This was seemless and the best experience I ever had getting my blood drawn and i am 48 years old. Thank you Kris!!!”
“Needed a paternity test asap. I learned about DDC from a friend and am glad I called. The price was good and was able to get a same day appointment. The woman at the facility was very professional and answered all our questions. Got the court approved results in the mail quickly and the woman at the facility even hooked us up with online results. The experience was quick, simple and painless. I am so glad I got this done and chose this place. I highly recommend.”

“After checking in, I read previous reviews while waiting to be called back and felt slightly apprehensive about how my experience would be. Fortunately for me, Rich was on duty - he was friendly and professional, answering patients' questions while helping them at the kiosk between appointments. My blood draw was quick and painless and I was done in a flash. I typically have positive experiences at Quest and I'm glad this one was no different!”
