This is a great , pheasant and beautiful place in a good location of Elkins Park, clean and good in all aspects with a good customer service.

My experience was great.The staff at this facility are always nice and very pleasant.I live right around the corner from a storage facility but I refuse to relocate.I wish I could receive to type of customer service everywhere.Thank you!!!

Very nice property. Very convenient, excellent security. The staff are very polite and respectful. They answered every question and were extremely helpful showing me around the property and giving me any relevant information needed.

EZ storage has been amazing throughout the whole process of having to store my mother’s stuff during a transitional time. Getting the unit was easy and simple when I was already beyond stressed handling things. And after having family empty it and leave the state they were so helpful with helping me close my account while also being in another state. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a storage unit they are willing to go above and beyond to help you!

I went to the Elkins Park facility, where I met with LaTonya. She was friendly and professional. However they didn't have a 10'x10' storage available. 4 days later I got a call from Debbie who was just as polite and she informed me that a 10x10 was just vacated. LaTonya explained all the details thoroughly. The property is well maintained, well lighted, and more secure than other facilities I visited.

EZ Storage Elkins Park is by far the best storage facility I have ever used.
They were clean and organized.
The location is very convenient.
I spoke with Debbie over the phone and she was able to give me good directions as well as information on the process.
Once I arrived, Debbie was very polite and professional.
She was very informative and she answered all of my questions.
I actually was looking around to decide which facility I wanted.
However, Debbie helped make a choice.
I paid a reasonable price, they have security cameras, easy access to units, drive in and safe and clean storage units.
They also have PERKS!
If you have any needs for storage try EZ Storage Elkins Park.
