This practice is a nightmare they don’t make anyone feel comfortable especially Crystal Cronk the so call manager she talks about all the staff including patients very unprofessional you can hear her conversations so good and when you go to confront her about it what she said she gets nervous and think you going to tell Dr.Rosen . She needs to know not a good look for the company.

Dr. Rosen is the absolute best, she is so easy to talk, takes the time to listen and truly cares about her patients. Crystal the office manager and the rest staff are so kind, helpful and take the extra step to help their patients.

The spirit airlines of doctors offices. The doctor I dealt with was great, but not at all worth the aggravation and abuse by the office manager Crystal. Having someone so combative and dismissive maybe isn’t the best look for this office. I ended up just going to patient first urgent care and getting way better customer service and actual answers.

I called to see if this location took my insurance and to see if I can schedule an appointment at 5:13pm. Woman over the phone interrupted me and was extremely rude. I totally understand you are booked until June, I just wished she addressed it more appropriately.

I have been a patient for over a little two years. I just have to say the WHOLE staff is so nice and always willing to help. They go above and beyond with any requests. Dr Rosen takes her time and really listens to her patients. Their office manager is very pleasant and knowledgeable about certain insurance policies. They always make you feel welcomed.

My whole family are patients of this office. Doctors are great, Dr. O'Brien and Christina are very knowledgeable, attentive, with excellent bedside manners. Crystal Cronk, the receptionist or office manager, is making the experience unbearable. She is very aggressive, manipulative, confrontational and rude. She hangs up on patients, does everything in her power to make any process as difficult as possible, denies to place referrals, schedule a visit or do any job she is supposed to do as a receptionist. She is deceiving and on more than one occasion was unethical. Since she is always the third party between the patient and the doctors, it makes it almost impossible to get good care or address any health issues one might have. I feel lucky every time I have to deal with someone else in the office, Anna is great and very helpful, just like Denise. It seems Crystal took over the practice and feels entitled to berate the patients or tell them to find another office as she is the one making rules here (verbatim). I am not sure if management and doctors are aware of her practice, but Crystal’s lack of knowledge and expertise, and lack of basic human decency is the reason why I am switching my PCP.

As a result of reading several reviews about Dr. Rosen's office Elkins Park Family Medicine, I was surprised that there were any negative reviews. I would like to share my thoughts about the office. Since I have been seeing Dr. Rosen since 2018, her staff and of course Dr. Rosen have never let me down. Yes, sometimes I sacrifice and see another doctor when I need an emergency appointment. She is super busy with the multiple patients she has, and I only say multiple because I recommended my co-worker to see her in January of this year (2023) and she had a waiting list; her next appointment was not until August 2023. Despite the appointment being so far away, I told my coworker to schedule it. Upon my co-workers' visit with Dr. Rosen, they could not express enough gratitude to me for recommending her.Dr. Rosen is someone I would recommend to anyone. Now, back to my experience, like I said, I have no problem seeing another doctor if needed, the staff is very helpful, every time I need a refill on my medications, they are right there to help. During my annual physical on September 1, 2023, Dr. Rosen asks me about my medications and specialists, as well as giving me a general assessment of my health. Because Dr. Rosen remembers her patients, she will ask about your family, and yes, my entire family sees her. I even get my lab work done at Dr. Rosen's office, and within two (2) days I receive a call from her staff informing me of the results. Every lab result is explained in detail. This kind of doctor's office is hard to find. Dr. Rosen was also named one of the top doctors in Philadelphia magazine in 2022! See the photo! Keep up the great work, Dr. Rosen and your staff—five (5) stars from me! ~April

Just visited Dr. Rosen's office today 9/5/2023. I'm at the office every 3 months for my health conditions. My first visit was July 17, 2017. I have been through Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and more. Currently with Dr. Rosens professional care my health is in a better place. As a male I was reluctant in 2017, but the reviews I read online had me leave my last Dr. and that horrible practice. Today I let her know personally how well her staff is attentive to my calls and emails between my appointments. What I love the most about Dr. Rosen's practice is that it is innovative. If you are a patient get the Monthly Newsletters. The office specializes in Family Medicine but does much much more. I love that I can talk to Dr. Rosen about any concerns without feeling embarrassed or rushed. When I have emergencies and book an appointment I understand that I may not personally see her. The other doctors I have seen are good. I've done in person and telemedicine appointments. My wife became a patient in 2018 and my 19 year old son loves her. We have referred about 12 patients in 6 years. We love our healthcare provider and the staff. We give 5+ Stars. Victor Johnson, Philadelphia.

I first join Dr.Rachel Rosen’s office when she opened up her practice at Elkins Park Family physician. I was one of her first patients. She was great. Definitely 5 stars all the way. That’s when lily was with her. Over the years, when lily left everything was getting disoriented with scheduling and the new staff seemed to take over her practice. Over time when I really needed to see Dr.Rachel Rosen when ever I got sick I was put in with the nurse practitioner most of the time. Or I would talk to a nurse practitioner over the phone. Like I wasn’t good enough to see my own dr. There were several times the person scheduling the appointments were rude and obnoxious..All they care about how much are you going to pay and what is owed. They didn’t ask how are you feeling. Nothing friendly or positive. It’s always a third party between me and the dr. What happened with Dr & Patient? When I’m on hold all I hear about is cosmetic procedures Ads. Or an old recording ad. If I want a cosmetic procedure done I go to my plastic surgeon. Not my family physician office, my family physician office suppose to be about general health. Keeping patients healthy. When I expressed my thoughts about the practice to the person doing the scheduling how rude she was to me she told me find another office and laughed. I may just do that.

I have nothing good to say about this place. The Administrative part is horrible. Those secretaries lazy to the bone, they just for the pay check and they don't give dam about patient. Very vindictive and luck of responsibility. Find another place!

I had my first appointment today and as soon as I walked in it was nothing but a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond. I saw Dr. O'Brien and she was extremely comforting and Anna was so patient with me and made me laugh which I definitely needed. So happy I found this office!
