Charlotte went above and beyond for us today! We are moving back to the area from overseas and she went above and beyond to help us. So thankful for her patience and with our unique situation and knowledge of who to call and what paperwork we needed. We really appreciated her professionalism and willingness to make sure we had what we needed.

My husband went here to transfer a title to his dad's name. They put the wrong address on the title and registration. That was a year and a half ago. The title never came in the mail.Last month, the car gets totaled and we go to find the title and realized that it never came in the mail. I called e-auto tags and they have no records of the transfer. My husband goes to a different auto tags and they informed us that the original transfer has the wrong address. Once again, the title went to the wrong address because it wasn't realized until now.Today I called e-auto tags again and they take no responsibility for it. It's up to us to call Penndot and figure it out. And if the neighbor has it, we have to go and apply for a duplicate title. Yes, we probably should have double and triple checked the auto tags work. But for as expensive as titles and transfers are, the person behind the counter should be more careful. It cost my father in law another $90 to get this new title.

Showed up at 3:40 pm on Sat. Supposed to be open until 6:00 pm. Paid for parking and found a sign on the door that today they closed at 3:00 pm. No way to run a business.

This place has come through for me twice! I needed plates and registration a few months ago. I called them and they were just about to close - they waited for me to get there and got it done. Today, I took my car in for an inspection and I couldn't find my registration. I called and they sent it to me in a text within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service!
