Great service with new owners. Turn around time is quick- usually about 2-3 days but if you're in a pinch and can bring it ASAP in the morning, they can get it done by the end of the evening. AWESOME tailoring and alterations- have brought bridesmaid dresses and long formal gowns that have been fitted perfectly. They do leather/suede like UGGs and jackets/coats- they do not come out looking brand new bc well duh, leather/suede wears as it normally does. But def comes out cleaner and refreshed than before. My UGGs had salt stains from the winter that were cleaned off. Honestly saved me from throwing out and buying a new pair. I've also brought tablecloths, napkins, sheets, comforters- all cleaned with no harsh smells. The older lady doesn't speak the best English but the middle aged lady (I think is the new owner) is super sweet, honest, and realistic about expectations. Recommend to anyone in the area!

I brought them my ugh boots. 3 pair. They did an okay job. if I knew another place I'd take them but idk any other cleaners that clean Uggs I brought some sweaters when I picked up my Uggs so I will c how they do with them.

I brought a 72 year old hand-made Christening outfit, a gown and slip. When I retrieved it, it looked better than it had in years. Every stain and/or discoloring from time and use for 10 babies was gone. I cannot express my gratitude nor more greatly praise their work. Other cleaners had refused the garment as antique. Ashbourne asked some questions and did an absolutely wonderful job. I highly recommend their work.

Took my daughter's prom dress there to be organically dry cleaned & the under arm pits were the only soiled part of the dress. The dress smelled exactly the same after it was supposedly dry cleaned. Don't waste your money.

We've been a customer for 10 years and the've never missed a beat. Always polite, always on time and they will try and remove any stains on your clothing if it's possible.

We have used this cleaner for decades. The cleaning is always fine, the owner, Rebecca Yoon is a delight; and she always hires charming employees, who always give thoughtful and responsive service. And prices are in line with other cleaners. Can'the ask for anything better.
