Very disappointed. It is very unprofessional that such a large company does not know the regulations for sending, in my case, a phone and a watch. After filling out my claim, they decided to play with my time and money. Their answer was: what do you want me to do? Seriously? They just wanted to take the money ($267 USD)

Their drivers are the worst, they don’t know what they are doing. They told me my address was incorrect when it was not and I have received hundreds of packages from Amazon, FedEx and USPS, and even DHL. After the “second attempt to deliver my package they told me I said I was not home, even tho I signatures release the package, so it would have mattered if I was or wasn’t and the worst part is I was home that entire day and night. I called them 10 times and they say the driver was going to call me each time, they never did, they say I was going to get my package that day, I never did. What a terrible location and service for the West Philadelphia area. I do not recommend using this company at all
