I purchased a Swab animal control body second hand, not knowing much information except for what the eye could see. The unit had been placed on a trailer and was in good condition and I drove 6.5 hours to purchase it. The only fault it had was the fan had died and been removed. Today I called Swab about a replacement fan, I spoke to Fred who was extremely helpful and he informed me my Swab body was turning 41 years old this month! No wonder the fan had died

This place has terrible customer service. After purchasing a body for the truck they never return my calls. We wanted to buy more but now we have gone elsewhere. I will never do business with them again and I will make sure our departments do not use them. We even removed their decals So nobody knows where it was manufactured.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB WITH THE FUNCTIONALITY BUT AFTER THEIR WIRING HACKS ARE DONE RUNNING 20 MILES OF WIRING WITH NO CONNECTORS AND ZIP TIED TO EVERY INCH OF THE TRUCK THE VEHICLE IS VERTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REPAIR. FORDS ESPECIALLY, NEED THE CAB REMOVED TO DO MAJOR REPAIRS AND THESE GUYS MAKE SURE IT'S NO LONGER POSSIBLE. QUICK AND PROFITABLE IS WHAT THEIR UPFITTING WORK IS. ZERO REGARD FOR THE FUTURE SERVICE OF THE VEHICLE.
