It's a great location for travelers. For me, it's convenient to have in town within walking distance from anywhere you live in Elizabethville. They have a variety of items from drinks, snacks, personal care, lottery, tobacco products, and cherry machines. They also serve soft serve ice cream and Sunday dinners.

This is my first review ever. I came into this store to get snacks, as I am pregnant. I bought 2 M&Ms and it came to $11. I told the cashier (an older 40 to 50 year old man) how much 1 M&M packet was as it didn’t make sense why two M&M packs costed that much. He stated around 4$. I did not want to purchase the M&Ms, and told the cashier I no longer wanted to purchase and to please to cancel the transaction. He prompted me on the screen to cancel. I clicked the wrong button and after he told me to decline the purchase, I mistakenly clicked no (it was asking do you want cash back). That is when the cashier yelled/raised his voice at me and leaned forward from the counter aggressively exclaiming “ I TOLD YOU WHAT TO DO TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION”. I stated to him to not raise his voice at me. His mannerism was very hostile and aggressive. Keep in mind I am a pregnant woman. I am not sure why this man believes it is okay to raise his voice at a woman, let alone a pregnant one. They lost a regular customer. Absolutely uncalled for and I hope this does not happen to another person, but based on these reviews it seems to be a reoccurring issue and I am not the only one. My husband took the photos of the man who did this to me after he went back upset about the situation. He also called them and the man denied raising his volume.

I dont know why this man thought it was okay to lean over the counter in a hostile manner and raise his voice to my pregnant wife .. over her clicking the wrong button when he told her to decline the purchase and she mistakenly clicked no (it was asking do you want cash back) She was hungry and went to the gas station to get snacks for herself and chose not to buy M&Ms because she couldnt afford it. He reconciled the transaction but his demeanor toward the customer was completely uncalled for. I called and he claimed he did not raise his volume.. 3 eye witnesses and my wife beg to differ... very upset about this situation and experience at the gas station. I hope it's the last time something like this happens. This is my first time ever posting to yelp.. I never want to hurt a business over something minimal.. but this was not.. my wife has ptsd from abusive men and there is no reason for this to have happened.

Horrible rude employees. Stopped to get ice cream and was just looking at the flavors and the employee snapped telling me that “first of all, our flavor shot is broken, so we only have vanilla, and that barely works”. Just rude and horrible attitude. It’s not my fault that your ice cream machine is broken, and giving me an attitude about it was uncalled for.

Nice convenient location between 225 and 209 in Elizabethville; most times I've been here have been coming to or from Lake Tobias. JoJo's Pizza is right next door, which makes it easy to order takeout and then shop at Koppy's. A lot of unique treats and beverages, as well as macaroni, cherry cheesecake, and salads and such in the middle refrigerated area.

Thé man was not nice we had gone in and ordered ice cream, they gave us the wrong thing and we didn’t realize it until we got home. We went back a few days later and he refused to accept that he made it wrong and was very rude about it and didn’t correct it in any way. 2 stars for poor customer service.
