Toshiba has always sent us the best techs. The one we've had for a few years now is Ron Brown (8773339). He's always been helpful not just in fixing our copier, which is a B1404, but has gone above and beyond helping us to understand our machine better. And best of all we trust him. He's always been honest and above board. Toshiba is a great name in technology.

Our office had a wonderful experience with Ron Brown. He provided professional, courteous and friendly service and answered all of our questions about our Toshiba eStudio 2000AC. He completed a very thorough checkup on our printer and gave helpful tips and recommendations about ordering parts and general printer use. 10/10 would recommend.
