First time we went they did great, second time they completely shaved my dog like a sheep. I suggest being very specific I guess.

The first time we were happy with the service. The second time for a bath and nail trim...neither was done although we were charged for it. Our dog does not like to be kenneled and he barked...but then just tell us you would rather not care for him.

My wife brought home my dog and I immediately had to rebathe him. I gave them specific instructions not to spray any perfume on him due to a personal allergy and they did anyway. When I called they said put skin so soft on him. No apology, no we will give him another bath, no offer of refund or discount. The haircut is not great to boot!

Parents took the 3 dogs and they wouldn't take them because they had nods. Didn't even try anything. Just a straight NO.Yet petsmart does a great job with them. Very unprofessional and rude!

I didn't groom my dog since February 2020 because of COVID-19 and he was starting to get dreads.lol . But they did an amazing job with him as always.
