Did my nails before cruise, was fine until I got back, was in the bathroom and felt a sudden pain on my nail, it didn’t stop for a while until I realize my nail bed was cute in half, I was in the car freaking out and wondering how it happened and how I didn’t realize before, Took my nails out and my nails were horrible fragile. The nail that was horribly hurt -(nail bed) tore in half and have to use treatment to help it grow naturally, I don’t say bad reviews but just stay away guys it’s better to have amazing nails and not have to worry about nails lifting and growing unnaturally because of getting those nails. I've been patronizing this salon for a while. I did not have a manicure during Covid due to having sick parents, and being extra cautious. I had a 15.00 certificate for the business which I got right before covid hit. Did not use, and it expired. I called to see if it would be honored due to extenuating circumstances (covid). Was told they would not honor it. While I realize the certificates give you a year to use, I thought the pandemic would be enough reason to bend that rule. They have had my money for 2 years, I was going to spend more than certificate on my service. They lost a customer for the want of 15.00.Service: Manicure
